Ms. Anaís was my server. She was quick and as usual, my food came out fast. I got the Kale Tonic and Farmhouse Skillet. Both were delicious. Food temperature was hot. No complaints. I’ll be back!!

I’m really disappointed with our experience at the First Watch in Lutz. We arrived at 8:30 AM to a mostly empty restaurant, and the entire outdoor seating area was completely vacant. Despite that, the hostess told us we couldn’t have our dog outside, even though he’s extremely quiet and well-trained. Because of this, my family had to take turns sitting in the car with him just so everyone could eat—and we obviously didn’t want to leave him alone in a car.
What made it more frustrating is that we regularly bring our dog to the Carrollwood First Watch with no issues at all and always have a great experience there. Given that it was a slow morning with no one outside, I really feel management could have found a reasonable solution for a family of six. Instead, it was an unnecessarily poor and disappointing visit, and not the level of hospitality we’ve come to expect from First Watch.
