They have lost their effing minds with their pricing. Bacon cheeseburger, regular fries, regular drink - $27.03 Webster, Texas. Store TX-1399. That's is crazy! Done with you.
Used to really love Five Guys burgers and fries, but recently the quality of Five Guys burgers has really declined. The last two times we've ordered the food has been very subpar. Last night's order the hamburger patty was cold and dried out like it had been sitting for hours. What happened to the fresh burgers off the grill? And the fries...way too salty. Guess I'll be heading to Shake Shack and Grandstand Burgers more often.
I’m so disappointed. We usually have a great experience but they really ended up skimping out on our food and one of the burgers was messed up. Just makes me sad

I purchased a gift card from this Five Guys location using my Amex Platinum monthly credit. When I tried to use it 1–2 months later, the card showed as invalid at this store.
I later contacted Five Guys customer service, who confirmed that the gift card is valid and has no issues.
While the manager never explicitly said the card was stolen, her tone, attitude, and body language made me feel as though I was being treated as if I had brought in a stolen or illegitimate gift card, simply because I no longer had the receipt from two months ago. This was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary.
What made it worse was her clear impatience and unwillingness to even try processing the card more than once, or to offer any constructive next steps.
Mistakes can happen, but customers should not be made to feel suspected or dismissed when asking for reasonable help. This experience reflected a serious lack of professionalism and basic customer service.

I actually have to eat the hamburger while smiling the whole time. Fresh shelled peanuts always for the grabbing. If you order the large order of fries you better eat the burger first as the fries are a whole meal. Small fries with your meal, unless you have a couple dogs.

My mum and I stopped on our way home from Newmarket, Suffolk UK. The food was delicious, freshly made and so tasty, I love the fries! Lovely clean restaurant, great staff, one lady checked if my disabled mum needed any help. So impressed I told the staff they were brilliant. Will be back for more!

Excellent burgers... Many available toppings! French Fries portion is very generous. NOT as crispy As I like, so I requested "extra Crispy"... Didn't get it! Please heed customer requests! Prices are steep for a burger place... But quality overall makes this a "conditional" recommendation.
Overpriced but the hamburger was delicious and all the toppings were fresh. My order was cold even though the restaurant was half full. Please, Five Guys, read this next part. The smallest portion for the fries is grossly EXCESSIVE!!! Please offer a mini size. What a waste of food. I threw away more than half. They were tasty but soggy.
Best Fast food place around real never frozen burgers real fries they load u up with fries very high quality
$11.71 for a regular soda and a regular fry. What a rip off. Quit ordering burgers because they aren’t good anymore. Cheap frozen patties for $10 and up ? Bring back the OG Five Guys.
A kitchen staff and manager here find that a woman in pain and distress is humorous. Beware of improper cleaning practice at this establishment. Take caution when using their restroom facilities. Yesterday, after eating at Five Guys on Robson St in Vancouver B.C. I left injured, in shock and distressed. After using the restroom I stepped out of the stall onto a floor that had a very slippery thick layer on soap. My leg flew out from under me and slid across the restroom. I fell fast and hard. Hitting my knee on the way down. Landing on my right side, and elbow. When I got up I almost slipped again. The floor was extremely slippery and felt like there was a thick layer of soap. It looked like the floor was recently mopped, but there was no caution sign. Shaking, in shock and pain I let one of the managers know what happened. He apologized and asked what I’d like him to do about it. Meanwhile, one of the other staff members started laughing about it. Which triggered emotional distress. The whole time I was thinking, shouldn’t he be assessing the situation and the restroom floor? Taking an incident report? Instead, he joined her and laughed about it. I was being blown off like my pain and the incident didn’t matter. I was sent into emotional distress, shaking, in shock and in pain. Pain that started in my right side, knee and elbow has since radiated to my lower and upper back. My arm, wrist and neck is also affected from the fall. I’m still in shock and disbelief at how disgustingly I was treated. Blown off and laughed at after sustaining injuries in this establishment due to their improper cleaning practices. Take your own caution when visiting this location, cause they won’t. I’m appalled at their negligence, lack of empathy and disregard for their customers. I later found out he was a kitchen manager and not the actual store manager. He made no attempt to inform the actual store manager about what happened and she didn’t find out until I went back into the store. I had to be the one to get them to take an incident report and write it down.
