I did not enjoy my experience there and neither did my daughter. The place smelled like they mopped it every night w the same bucket of water. I got the Italian sub cause its pretty hard to get a bad one of those, or so I thought. My daughter got plain ol turkey, cheese, mayo on white bread. Both sandwiches were less than in the flavor dep. Mine was supposed to be toasted and advertised as a hot sub. It was barely lukewarm not toasted and soggy before I even got a bite. Hers was mediocre at best, the turkey had no flavor and to top it off it was almost $30 for 2 sandwiches, 1 bag of chips and 1 drink. Not worth it at all.

Ordered a regular Italian and there was about a quarter of a cup of mayonnaise on one side of the bread. It was falling out in teaspoon size clumps and the other side of the bread had nothing on it. The employee making the sandwiches needs further training I guess. Tried to call the store, but of course it just hangs up. Won’t be going back unless they make it right.

They definitely changed their meats to a LOW-GRADE brand. Highly processed. GOto publix instead for your meat or cook a whole turkey! Especially the turkey it's a MAJOR DOWN GRADE.

I love Jersey Mike’s! Today I bought a giant sub and a drink cost me $15. Everything was great until I went back in to buy the drink, and I asked the young man behind the counter for a cup and all they could offer me was a tiny plastic cup. I asked if you could give me a larger cup he said he’d have to charge me. Unfortunately, I didn’t wanna pay for the cup so I left with my little plastic cup. I have every intention of returning to Jersey Mike’s. I know he was just following rules, but when rules supersede common sense, it has a negative impact on customer experiences like this. How much does A cup really cost maybe a nickel? I didn’t make A scene but I think he got my point. He was too worried about the rules, Confused and just made a poor decision. Who knows maybe someday he’ll own his own jersey Mike’s and learn from that little experience.
