I know i shouldn't complain about a fast food place but, I PRE ordered and paid on the app for a bucket meal for two hours ahead. I get to this KFC on time and they tell me they have no chicken! Someone just came and ordered a lot and I have to wait 15 minutes. I said but I pre-ordered why is it not ready for me? and the Mgr. LURIE states that they're having a special and they sold a lot and I can wait or they'll give me a refund. Never said sorry or offered me a drink or anything. I just waited, but had time to write this but still haven't been served. He acted like it was my fault. Never coming back here again!!!

They up charge me for a 5$deal and charged me 6$ of a drink the worst place to go to buy any type of food they're robbing people.

Put in order 30 minutes ahead of time and was still made to wait 20 minutes when I arrived because they were “waiting on the chicken”. One combo was not given to me on order so had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Gentleman behind me wanted extra crispy and was told he would have to wait 20 minutes because they only had original and only had white meat. Terrible service

Got a 12-piece with mashed potatoes gravy and coleslaw.
KFC just doesn't even taste good anymore. Mother wanted it I got it for she didn't like it , I hate it and prefer Publix but wanted to make my mother happy. She was disappointed.
But it was all as I expected.

Customer service was good until she laughed at me and closed the door fast after laughing at me

I love this KFC ! Im a weekly regular for my lunch break . Always get the nicest greeting from the sweet lady at the window. Then she always says... thank you come again. :) food is always delicious ! 😋

Male manager in his 50's is rude! He does not treat ppl or workers well and should not represent KFC in any way! Prices are also way to high.

Best KFC in 20 years! I stopped in for the $10 8pc Tuesday special. Great drive through service, and even better chicken. Nice sized pieces and you can tell when the person breading them cares. This is the KFC I grew up with. My first google review. Seriously good.

We never eat fried chicken but wanted an indulgence after a long boating day. The chicken was dry, flavorless and soggy (got extra crispy) - potatoes nor gravy had salt. Not worth the calories…

Ok I love kfc but when I was coming home from a long day working in tampa, heading home stopping in lutzv area before I go home in Springhill I order 7 piece special and get garage I'll post pictures but when I spoke to manager Katey she told me bring in the food , me living 45 min. Away she says (katey) bring in the food so I can give you a replacement, me living 45 min. Away unbelievable , I ordered original and look what I got from the picks

And in many countries there is KFC, but America has the tastiest one.
