God, please just shut this place down. I walked in people were arguing with the customers and everyone was just standing around doing nothing. I did not smell anyone cooking food at all

Chicken tenders were so hard you couldn't even chew them/bite into them. Had like no batter. Legit couldn't eat them at all. Fries and biscuit was good though. Service was pretty good.

This location is in serious disrepair. The food was terrible and the staff was about as unresponsive as it gets. I can see why this franchise is failing. They also dont take American Express which is surprising because the KFC website states they do. I'm assuming that can change from franchise to franchise. Very sad to see what this brand has been reduced to.

We had a great experience at this KFC today. I live in the area and have been going here for years. They always do a good job. Today, in particular, was excellent. All of the food was good, but the BISCUITS were PHENOMENAL! Whoever made these biscuits really knows how to make biscuits. They tasted so buttery, and the edges had a very nice crispness. Usually I'm not that impressed with their biscuits, but today was exceptional.

Very disappointed. The chicken was almost burnt on the outside and almost raw on the inside. The coating on the chicken had absolutely no flavor at all no seasoning at all. Just fried flower very poor. Not first time like that. I gave it one more chance but this was the worst. I will NEVER go back. KFC use to be my favorite place. Not here in Land o lakes

I've been coming to this location longer than most people have lived in Land O' Lakes. Mostly good food. But the prices aren't making me come back much anymore. Cheaper and better to cook at home than eat here.
Ordered a $45 meal with extra gravy and they forgot all of the gravy. Called after arriving home and was offered a free piece of chicken… 🤦♂️
