Ordered the mikes hot honey white three-piece meal with wedges online. Paid for it online, drove to pick it up and was told they were out of Mike’s hot honey, they were out of chicken, and they did not have potato wedges. literally spent 35 mins waiting for an eight piece of chicken. no sides, no drinks, no biscuits.

just an eight piece count of chicken. i can understand if you sold a variety of items but waiting 35 mins for chicken at a restaurant that ONLY sells chicken is insane.

worst experience i can actively recall in last 5 years minimum, would no recommend. better off going to zaxby’s or chick-fila or publix, literally anywhere else.

Disgusting . Like gross. The chicken is undercooked, they never have crispy, the 8 pc nugget didn't come with the proper type or amount of chicken, the nuggets taste like chemicals, the Mac n cheese tastes like there's fruit loops inside, and the curds are cold and have no cheese. Oh! Also, the bowls come with less food than my 4 year olds meal. Don't waste your time or money. Third chance in 2 years and management couldn't give a care. Never again!

A chicken shop with no chicken. That’s the headline.

I ordered through the app, drove over, and was told there’s “no chicken cooked” and I should wait 15 minutes. When I asked to cancel, the drive‑thru attendant admitted the KFC app is run by a third party and she couldn’t cancel it. My choices were wait or go chase KFC myself.

So I waited. Ten minutes later, the food is literally shoved at me with a flat “here.” Boxes open, sloppy packaging, zero apology, zero care. It’s hard to overstate the chaos: no product ready, no process for app orders, no customer service, and no basic standards.

If this is normal for this location, it explains a lot. Disorganized, indifferent, and careless from start to finish. KFC should be embarrassed to have its name on this place.

3 of 7 visits told there would be a twenty minute wait for chicken. 1 of 7 they were out of chicken!
One of the 20 minute waits wasn’t told until after I paid 😕😕

We love KFC but something has gone very very wrong at the location at 17750 Aprile Dr. in Land O'Lakes Fl. We've had three bad experiences in a succession at this location.
In the most recent experience:
- We placed an order on the app at around 8:30 pm for pick-up.
- We arrived at the store drive-thru at 8:43 and were informed that the Chicken Tenders were unavailable because the chicken fryers were turned off. (The store is supposed to operate until 10:30) We were asked to wait 15 minutes for the fryers to heat up.
- We said we could not wait that long and were offered a chicken sandwich instead, which we accepted. However we asked for a refund of the $3+ difference in price . The employee said they WOULD NOT do that and we would need to contact corporate KFC to request refund!
- We requested a substitute item, a Pot Pie, and were told we would have to pay MORE due to a price difference!!, even though there is an active offer for a $2 Pot Pie as an add-on!
Third problem in a row at this store. Corporate needs to intervene and clean house.

I got up at 8 AM this morning. I drove over 150 miles today round-trip and had a very long day.
I checked on Google how late my local KFC was open and it said 10 PM
All I wanted after a long day and not eating anything was a great tasting meal
I absolutely love their chicken, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and gravy and potato wedges
I pulled up to the drive-through at 9:47 PM
I ordered a chicken tender meal and I was told that they didn’t have any chicken

I was very puzzled how a chicken place runs out of chicken

I asked them if they didn’t have any chicken at all or if they didn’t have any made

The lady told me there was none and I asked her how long it would take to make. She told me it would take over 20 minutes to cook me chicken and she was closing in 10.

I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager

That manager needs to be fired. She apparently does not understand that the customers are the ones who give her a paycheck each week.

Customer Service is deplorable at Best

We Drove up and asked for the number to corporate. We were told to look it up.

Upon driving up and asking them, my husband saw bags packed on the tables like the employees were taking chicken home

I’m pretty sure they are stealing And they definitely aren’t doing their jobs, right

We love KFC and seriously think it is underrated. However, this location sucks

Horrible management. Needs to be replaced asap.

You suck lady. I hope you see this message and I hope that every time you go to a fast food place they tell you they’re out of chicken.

Sat there for 25 min for a mobile order of wedges. The wedges were obviously amazing but wow this staff is super rude (women and girl) and the speed is horrible. They prioritized drive through orders clearly and if you put in a mobile order they just tell you to wait or come in, which doesn’t make any sense.
