Sat there for 25 min for a mobile order of wedges. The wedges were obviously amazing but wow this staff is super rude (women and girl) and the speed is horrible. They prioritized drive through orders clearly and if you put in a mobile order they just tell you to wait or come in, which doesn’t make any sense.

This location function as a drive thru only. Don’t even bother walking inside. It’s never staffed, there’s never anyone at the counter. I stood at the counter forever and not a single employee said “just a moment” or “we’ll be right with you.” This has happened numerous times.

Requested extras and was charged for them. However did not get them after waiting over 5 min for fresh tenders that had been suspiciously stale. Won’t make this mistake again.

Literally standing in the lobby now cuz the app said my food was ready. No where near ready. Made eye contact twice with someone not once was I acknowledged what if I wanted to place an order??? Another gentleman standing here same thing app said ready not ready he tried getting their attention twice got ignored. Finally after ten minutes of being ignored I get my order ALLLLL wrong. Like do you even read the orders?? It’s really not that hard to read a screen and put the things on the screen in the bag!! DO BETTER !!!!

This chicken was way overcooked! The white meat should not be brown, stringy and very difficult to chew. Even the dog had difficulty chewing it. Makes me wonder if it had been cooked twice…
