First couple times food was amazing. I call up on another night at 630pm and they're not taking anymore orders it's to busy . What is that kinda of business to busy for take out . What a joke.
Kayla worked adouble shift at 14 hours during a hurricane because nobody else wanted to come in but when I saw her at the end of the night she had a big smile on her face and was very helpful.

It is difficult being a senior citizen and treated like you have no value, but on July 8 I ordered and paid, tip included, online and upon being notified my order was ready, went to pick it up. Upon arrival I was told that since it was not on the rack it must be in the oven. 10 minutes later another employee asks if I need help and again I say I am here to pick up my order and again am told it must still be baking. 15 minutes later another employee determines that they must have given my order to a delivery person by mistake. I asked for a refund and was refused and was told I would get my order when the delivery person brought it back. This employee said he did not care if I left a bad review as he was only a "part time delivery man". Congratulations to the manager for leaving his business in the care of someone that does not care about your business. I'll take my business elsewhere, but I doubt if Marco's cares. 45 minutes after my arrival I am handed cold pizza and warm salad to take home. They delivery person finally returned with my order. At 78 years old it is hard to argue with people that do not care.

Had to call them because the app is apparently trash as it kept crashing before I could put the order in. Some young man answered the phone and it was clear right away that he had no idea how to help so I ended up paying full price because their app wasn't working. I ordered two pepperoni pizza's with extra sauce and garlic crust. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes before the pizza would be ready. I show up 30 minutes later to pick it up, pay and still end up waiting there for 12 additional minutes before it was done. Nobody there said anything along the lines of sorry about the wait or problems you had with the app, just terrible customer service. When I got home I noticed the pizza had absolutely no extra sauce on it so the all around experience was pretty terrible, which is sad because they usually do such an amazing job. I don't know what happened tonight but I would fix it because I pay a nice bit to your business each month that I could just as easily take down the street to any other pizza place. As a loyal customer I'm just saying it's not a good look.
Quick delivery and our pizza was hot and delicious. They consistently deliver good pizza. Of course prices are high, but where aren't they? They are also one of the few pizza places that will still deliver to us. I highly recommend.

Dietary restrictions: Our children have a Wheat allergy so it is refreshing to finally find a place in the area that has wheat free pizza. This location has an amazing personal Cauliflower pizza with cheese that we order for both our children while we order pepperoni and meat pizza ! So good!

I have to say that as far as large chain pizza places go, I would have to put Marcos at the top. Their crust is good on its own, but when you add the free crust toppers, it really puts Marcos above the rest. Their sauce is also a huge boost over the others. The toppings are very good and they provide a nice selection, however, I would really like to see a spicy Italian sausage available. Their meatballs are surprisingly good and make for an excellent sub as well as a pizza topping. Their salads are pretty big and very fresh with a good selection of dressings. The wings and boneless wings need to be crispier but that's true of a lot of places especially when they're delivered. It's what we've all come to expect from delivered wings. There are a few tables where you could sit and eat but unless you go during the off hours you might find it uncomfortable with people standing in line and standing around waiting for their pizzas and you're trying to eat right next to them. The owner and a couple of people who have been there for a while are very nice to deal with. Most of the crew, that turns over often, do not even say thank you when you put a large tip in the jar for them. However, I find this to be true of most crew's in large chain places. Sad but true. This particular store runs specials all the time and it's significantly less if you can pick up your food instead of delivery.Enjoy your pizza!
LOVE the pizza!!! It’s soooo delicious, it’s always fresh and warm. The cheesy bread and cinnamon bites are also amazing. Very happy to have this place close to my home. It’s my go to pizza! 10/10 recommend.
