Is it safe to say everyone has visited a McDonald's. The only thing that changes is the location me personally don't care for McDonald's too high priced and the food is garbage

Did a mobile order. Never been to this McDonald’s only went because staying at a Airbnb. Got all the way to the Airbnb and the sprite was awful. The deluxe chicken sandwiches were awful and the fries were terrible. I called and the manager said someone came in and complained already. She didn’t offer a replacement just informed me of someone else complained before me.

This McDonalds is just awful. I have not been here in months because it’s always dirty and the last trip I ordered a BigMac at literally got home to find only one beef patty. The owners clearly don’t care.

Stopped by this McDonald’s around 9:30 AM and had a very frustrating drive-thru experience. One lane was consistently moving while my lane was repeatedly told “one moment please.” I waited while multiple cars in the other lane were allowed to order and move ahead, which felt unfair and extremely disorganized.

I understand being busy, but basic coordination matters—especially in a drive-thru where people are often on their way to work or appointments. This location needs better organization and attention to order flow so customers aren’t left waiting unnecessarily.

I did not eat here, the men’s bathroom was out of soup and toilet paper. It look as if no one who cared had been in the bathroom for a few days. The floors were covered in stuff that should have been cleaned up. I decided if a place doesn’t care about the bathroom to this degree I did not want to eat their food.

Also how are your employees washing their hands if there is no soap in the bathroom?

I hope this gets to who it needs to get to & the poor manager/workers that were working ! I was at this McDonald’s on 12/2/25 around 6/7 pm picking up an uber order & it was VERY busy , the drive thru was long & there was a couple people waiting for their orders in the lobby . There was a customer that was visibly upset that she was waiting for her food , because God forbid you have to wait for your food to be prepared right !? I guess she expected everyone to stop what they were doing to make her order ! She was just down right mean to the poor workers / manager . she clearly had a bad day , or life lol , & was taking it out on these poor people ! Everyone else was waiting patiently as we learn to do in kindergarten , even my 3 year old was being more patient than her . The manager i believe ( I didn’t catch her name but she was short I think she had glasses and black hair & looked pretty young ) was trying to make it right for her & refund her money back . while she is doing this , this broad is STILL berating this poor girl saying stuff like “ you guys SUCK “ . She was being a bully . Hats off to the manager because she held her composure , made it right by refunding her & she never matched her negative energy or stopped to her level . She goes on to ask for the managers name & said she was going to write a review . I know with her being an entitled , miserable , emotionally immature person , she will probably try to twist the situation . So I just wanted to write a review saying how amazing all the workers are because while this is going on they never stopped working , just knocking out all the orders super fast & the manager did an amazing job at helping this lady even when she shouldn’t have !!! I hope that lady seeks therapy . Yall are awesome :)

Place my order via the app and the items came out correctly in a very timely manner, unlike some McDonald's this McDonald's was exceptional in getting the items out and getting them out correctly and in a timely manner.
