Decided to try to the online ordering through the app, so we downloaded it and order some ice cream ($30 for 6 people) when we arrived on time to pickup the order, the order was not in the pickup area ready, it was sitting off to the side of the hotline table....I wasn't able to get anyone attention to speak to them about pickup until I waited in line. It also appears that nobody was taking charge or actually taking human orders, and when they did it was slow. Finally got the register and asked for the order only to have is hastily put in togo trays, completed melted and sent on my way.

Terrible experience. Cashier walked away without giving me my change. Her replacement didn’t know anything about my order, how much money I’d given first cashier, nothing. Woman who I imagine is the manager came to window, told her I just wanted my money back, that I will go elsewhere. She returned my money, I left, and I will NEVER go to this McDonald’s again, nor will I ever eat any food prepared in the McDonald’s; the first cashier that walked away had filthy hands, with grime and dirt under her nails and embedded in her cuticles. Filth, our and simple.

From the moment I walked in, Allie’s warm, radiant personality lit up the restaurant. Her kindness and genuine care for customers made me feel like I was dining at a five-star establishment rather than a quick-service restaurant.
Allie went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She greeted every customer with a beaming smile, checked in to make sure our orders were correct, and handled everything with such grace and efficiency. Her attention to detail and infectious positivity transformed a routine visit into something truly memorable. I watched her interact with her team, leading with respect and encouragement, which clearly created a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for everyone.
The service was lightning-fast, the food was fresh and perfectly prepared, and Allie’s personal touch made all the difference. She even took a moment to chat with us, making us feel valued and appreciated as customers. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated, kind-hearted, and exceptional at their job. Tried the McDonaldland meal and it was so good! Everything was fresh and tasty, but the milkshake was definitely the best part—creamy, rich, and the perfect finish to the meal. Great experience and I’ll be back for it again!

They newly redone the inside of their store. It looks nice and clean. The lady that took my order and the other employees were kind. Mrs. Alexandra was the nicest, I had an issue with my burger and she took care of it right away and apologized for the issue. She's a very polite manager. I am making this my regular store from now on. The other locations in the area have very nasty employees that treat me or others unkindly.
Always have great food. They're $5 value meal. We can't beat that. Comes with french fries. Drink your choice of a chicken sandwich or a double cheeseburger. There's always a fast drive through their services grade never make mistakes. I really love those best restaurant on the planet

Came through drive-thru and Jeanette gave the worst service possible. She was rude and sounded like she hated her job. Way to spread negativity lol. This is the second time ive received such horrible service by her. Will forever go to another location at that point
