I hope this gets to who it needs to get to & the poor manager/workers that were working ! I was at this McDonald’s on 12/2/25 around 6/7 pm picking up an uber order & it was VERY busy , the drive thru was long & there was a couple people waiting for their orders in the lobby . There was a customer that was visibly upset that she was waiting for her food , because God forbid you have to wait for your food to be prepared right !? I guess she expected everyone to stop...
Place my order via the app and the items came out correctly in a very timely manner, unlike some McDonald's this McDonald's was exceptional in getting the items out and getting them out correctly and in a timely manner.
I recently visited this McDonald's, and I can honestly say it was one of the most delightful fast-food experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to the phenomenal manager, Allie Gray. From the moment I walked in, Allie’s warm, radiant personality lit up the restaurant. Her kindness and genuine care for customers made me feel like I was dining at a five-star establishment rather than a quick-service restaurant.
