The service and friendliness has gotten much better, but when I say service I mean the speed. The other day the speed was comparable to Chic FIL A, the problem is that they were so fast they forgot my syrup for my pancakes. Today I had to pull up a few minutes for a hot chocolate which was fine with me, but the thing that's not fine is the missing items again, I have the syrup this time but no salt and pepper, no butter and no straw... There has to be a happy medium between speed and accuracy.... Today is 12/5/24 you can't review more than once but you can add to your post. I took a star away because today is the third time I ordered the big breakfast and they didn't add the hash brown. At my local restaurant the hash brown is $2.39 each, my son said he is not surprised, they missed items from 5 of his visits and different times of the day. He suggested to always check my order......"Just Sad"

It's 11:45 had to wait 20 minutes for a cheeseburger, what kind of fast food place isn't ready for lunchtime. Pathetic.

This location has notoriously slow service. I have placed orders on the app twice in the past two weeks and both times my orders took over 20 minutes to come out after I arrived at the restaurant. This was after 12 to fifteen minutes of driving to get to the restaurant That is over 30 minutes for a "fast food" order. And these were simple orders. The first order was one breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee. The second order was two burgers, an order of chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. The second order was never delivered to my car. After 20 minutes waiting for my order I went inside and they were just finishing preparing my order. The only response I received was "sorry about that, sir". I really expected the service to improve at this restaurant after Wendy's opened up across the street, but unfortunately that has not been the case.

Make sure you double-check that they actually have the item you want before you pay. They will charge you for something they do not have and try to pull the wool over your eyes. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

If you eat at Macdonald's, you already know what it's about. If you are one of the very few people that have never been to a fast food place, it's quick and taste ok.

My new go to McDonalds …. The food is always fresh, really good compared to other locations BUT they only get the order correct about 70% of the time so check your bags before driving off if you do drive thru.
You suck as usual. No apple pies, tf is a guava pie? Then I ask for no mayo, add Mac sauce and pickle and get an unholy amount of mayo with a dash of Mac.

Everytime i occasionally come here for a late night much. Im very disappointed everytime. Food is never hot, employees never seem to enjoy their job. I know it’s McDonald’s but got to make the best of what’s given. I don’t come here very often for this reason and don’t really suggest if asked. My food is usually cold and mashed together, sad.
