Absolutely abysmal. Given a container of Mac sauce in a happy meal instead of nuggets. They said they could do nothing to help me over the phone and to come in person. Like hello?? I went through the drive through for a reason and I’m already back home. I just want a refund. This location sucks.

Hope you like hair in your burger!! Ordered a cheeseburger through the mobile app and was sent to the second window to wait. The girl opened the window and closed it faster than I could say thanks. Of course there was no napkins in the bag. No bother..I’m used to that these days. As I pull away and open up my asymmetrical burger I see a brown curly hair (I don’t have curly hair) easily outlined by the bright yellow cheese that was mostly not on top of the patty. Thanks McDonald’s I didn’t need lunch anyway. Gross! 🤮

My son wanted egg Mc muffins before school, so I went and bought some for him and my husband and myself, I ordered 4 in total, they were fresh and hot, however it cost like $22 which for fast food i thought was over the top, they said if I had the app it would be cheaper, but that was the 1st time I had gone there in like 2 yrs.

It would be awesome that if you decided to spend an exorbitant amount of money for subpar food that it was at least hot and fresh, perhaps even if you were given a napkin to wipe your mouth that would be an upgrade. Usually only stop when absolutely necessary and usually end up angry, when will I learn

I want to take the time to write a review for this specific location. I visit here a lot sad to say but what has been increasing over the past 6 months or so is the lack of readiness. This is supposed to be fast food but what happens is the employees try to beat the car line clock which is extremely frustrating. You can pull up with nobody behind you and they will pull you into a car space to wait for your food. Granted your food is not fresh and hot when it arrives like we are waiting on fresh fries or I could understand. Each and every time I come here this happens. I may suggest actually working properly to where this did not need to occur to begin with. I would say this starts with management but odds are they are the reviewer of these. If you don’t order on the app odds are your special order gets messed up and the food is just overall subpar.
