Moe's Southwest Grill

This specific location is definitely not my favorite. If I go in and order a home wrecker it’s the size of my head and delicious. If I order online for pickup the home wrecker is more like a little burrito from Taco Bell. Also the family meal boxes are extremely inconsistent. I ordered it the first time and it easily fed my family of 5. I’ve ordered other times and it’ll feed 2 kids in my house. Bad behavior! 😡

Food is consistently good, but the portions seem to be getting smaller and the prices continue to get higher. $12+for a chicken burrito is a bit crazy. I get a better steak burrito at Taco de Oro for $8.75 with far more meat and better flavor.

For the price you get very little food & cold. Chips are stale. Had not gone by in a couple months because of it & it is still horrible.

I often come into this location to purchase the large queso and chips. I was given barely any chips and they said it’s due to being under new management and that’s all they could give me. I had to go into Publix to buy chips for the queso. I’ll stick with Chipotle and I don’t plan on returning.It would also be nice if the workers would wipe off the queso bowl instead of letting cheese drip everywhere.

Haven’t been to a Moe’s in years, but was pleasantly surprised when I went to this location. Staff was friendly, service was fast, and the good was great! It’s hard to find quality chicken at a fast food place, but this location had it. I’ll be back for a quick weeknight dinner with the family!

Dude where are the owners of this place? Came here with my toddler today I was completely starving (3 months pregnant) and NEEDED to eat which is the only reason I had some of my meal. I used to absolutely love Moes used to eat there at this location all the time years ago. This place is so dirty, the food just looked cold, and it was. I got a burrito and so did my little. She got milk from the little "ice tray" that I noticed had 0 ice in it and it looked warm honestly but I thought surely they wouldn't let all there sodas and milk sit warm. Well they did, had to ask for a new cold milk and they gave it to me. The chips were cold and stale, toddler had her milk and cookie didn't touch her burrito. I had like half of mine again out of pure starvation. The quality clearly went down, not the workers fault but it is a complete mess in there. Also one of the workers started cleaning with bleach right next to me and that's when I had to stop eating. Idk if the bleach part is normal or not I typically think that shouldn't be anywhere near food especially when someone is eating it smelled so potent and I felt like I was breathing it in from the spray but hey at least they cleaned the table so that's a plus. I asked for a refund I said I'll be reasonable since I did eat half (out of starvation for the 50th time) and she refunded the kids meal. I am grateful for that but I expressed how upset I was that I spent any money on that meal or ate any of it. If they gave me a full refund I wouldn't have left this 1 star but they did. Avoid this place like the plaque even if the staff are nice the food will be extremely disappointing and over priced. Unreal. I can't imagine being a business owner and being okay with this. Their staff deserve better as do their customers.

Kayla was AMAZING today! We came around 11:30am and she was ROCKING it out front ALL ALONE! ?? she was friendly and helpful! It was clean and she really did an amazing job with all three of our burritos ??

The food had no flavor....I think the sauce was rotten and there was so much trash and grease on the floor that it looked like no one has swept or mopped in weeks!!!

Not sure how this place is still in business. Everything about it is terrible. Employees have no interest in being there and the food is left out and terrible.
