Papa Johns Pizza

First time ordering from this location, and unfortunately I’m disappointed.

I understand this isn’t a high-end pizza place, but when I PAY EXTRA for toppings, I expect to actually receive extra toppings (RIGHT?!). I PAID for them, and the pizza I received was not even close to what was ADVERTISED or PROMISED. (is this stealing?)

Looking at this pizza, it doesn’t look like it has extra toppings at all. In fact, half of the pizza BARELY has any toppings on it — and no, I did not accidentally select half toppings. This just feels like lazy pizza-making, from a lazy store. does this laziness start from the top?

What makes it worse is that I’ve ordered from many other Papa John’s locations over the years and never had an issue like this. Unfortunately, this franchise was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

If you need a quick pizza and don’t really care about quality or accuracy, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, this was very disappointing and honestly embarrassing for them.

The pizza was really disappointing, bland sauce, barely any toppings, and the crust was chewy instead of crispy. It felt like no care went into making it. Definitely not worth the price.

I have had issues before at this location but let me tell you, the last 3 times I have gotten food from there it has been top notch. I spoke to Sean each time as there seams to have been a complete turn around at this location. It was desperately needed and I am glad I decided to give them yet another 2nd chance. My order has been right every time and the food if hot and delicious. I cannot help to think that since Sean has been there every time he is the cause to this effect! Great job Sean!!!
