Horrible. Messed up our entire orders. We called to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I called from another phone to tell them we were still on hold. They said they were getting the manager and they hung up. I called again and said I wanted to speak to the manager was put on hold and they hung up again. We spent a good amount on this order gave us no utensils no dressing for the salads and we ordered extra. Paid for everything and the pizza was horrible. DON’T GO!

Came here for a slice of cheese pizza but these guys don't do slices, what kind of pizza place does not sell slices of pizza? So I was going to order meatballs & garlic bread but that was going to cost me $15 so.... Payless to say I ain't coming back here.

Pizza Villa checked all boxes today for Gyro, Bean Soup, Spanatika (sp), and lunch Greek salad. Breadsticks were so rich and cheesy. Waitress was quick and conscientious to our table and guests. Highly recommend for a taste of the old country.

Freezer burned/ bad meat in the lasagna.Super dry chicken drowned in old oil.Horrific food.

We've been loyal Pizza Villa customers since it opened. I hate to give a 1 star review, but enough is just enough with the mistakes and standoffish manager. Our last 3 orders have been wrong, but this one just takes the cake.We called in a simple order earlier tonight, 10/25 for 2 large pizzas and a Greek Salad. One of the pizzas was a Gourmet Spinach Pizza. The girl who took the order on the phone insisted it was named the White Pizza. I told her a minimum of 3x that no, I don't want the White Pizza, it's the Gourmet Spinach Pizza. Her reply, 'Yeah, ok, I know what it's called, it's the White Pizza. (IT'S NOT).Drove the 20 miles to pickup our order only to be handed the White Pizza that I was very specific I didn't want. When I said this was wrong and should have been the Spinach Pizza, I was told 'We don't put Spinach on the White Pizza. People don't like it'. I reiterated the problem AGAIN, and the manager then came over. She didn't understand, nor did she care, that the entire issue was the employee who took my order messed up, not the kitchen. She said she would fix it and took the pizza away. She eventually came back with a box - I quickly looked inside, saw Spinach, and left.I should have known better.Apparently we have 2 different definitions of fixing something. Only after returning home, did we realize we received the same incorrect White Pizza, but with the insides of the Spinach Pizza that we actually ordered, now randomly scattered on top. Upon seeing our Frankenstein pizza, I called back & spoke to the same manager who was still completely indifferent and gave the excuse the employee was new. No attempt to make it right other than we can come back & buy a Spinach Pizza.We are so beyond disappointed in our experiences the past few months. I'd rather not start going to one of the local commercial pizza chains, but given Pizza Villas prices & ongoing quality issues, to keep going back just doesn't make sense.

We stop by here every 2 weeks. The Greek salad and dressing are the best. The service is always friendly and helpful. Food is always hot fresh and enjoyable. We even order to go. Try the Greek lemon chicken with potatoes.

Got the fettuccine Alfredo… I honestly don’t think anyone can stand up against Olive Gardens even tho I keep trying … but it was just average … my partner enjoyed his pizza though

My 1st time there, I was invited by a regular customer. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. Clean & a nice food server. Pizza was cooked perfect!!

Had lunch with my wife and she loves Greek salad, had a small with potato salad, And I had the BLT, with Fries. It was great and service was spot on, very polite and clean. Plate of fries were huge and between the two of us couldn't finish them all. Price for both $28 with tax, plus tip. Will return. Wife praised her salad, rare for her.

Lived on the Lutz area most of my life. Pizza and spaghetti taste just like I always remember. Good food, good service.

Terrific local spot. The staff are beyond great! So friendly! Great spot for dinner with the family, lots of room, kept space between guest tables, and staff wear masks. Oh, and the food taters great, too!

Nothing bad to say about this place. Service was good and friendly. I would give 5 stars but the food was just not quite 5 stars. Definitely worth visiting though and prices are reasonable.

Nice Italian restaurant. Fair prices with really good food and good service. They have a really good Greek salad with potato salad. Their subs are really good as well but my favorite is the calzone. The only minor complaint is it can be a little slow when crowded but not too bad.

Great food, very nice people. Amazing Gyro, I had the lunch special with a gyro and a cup of soup for less than nine bucks. Very good deal and the chicken Fettuccine is amazing too. My fiancée has pasta for the next three days. Generous portions. We’ll definitely be back.
