If I could give 0 stars I would. We were there at 9:20pm to pick up an online order and they supposedly close at 10pm. We put an online order in at around 9pm and we were waiting for someone to bring it out to us. Someone finally showed up after 10 minutes of waiting outside and she told us they were closed and they were cleaning up. I was surprised because it wasn’t even 9:30pm yet and she said “yea sometimes we close early now”. It just sounded like they closed up early and were too lazy to work.

Hadent been here for a while because it sucked. Not sure who is there now but amazing. Food and service was great. You know how they have pics of food but yours never looks like that. We'll this looked just like tge tv pics of food. I was shocked.

Went through the drive thru, the lady who took my order was very unprofessional and was talking to other staff while taking my order, which I had to repeat about 3 times. Then I get up to the window and they try to bring me 2 different orders that weren’t mine. After about 15 minutes they tried to hand me a third order from someone who had ordered behind me. I’m assumed they lost my order and drove off.

Monday Jun 10th 8:20pm sat in line for 10 mins with no answer at the drive through intercom gave up and drove off and then witnessed them proceed to take orders of 2 seperate people that were behind us.

You can not get an order in the drive thru in less than 15 minutes. I can't place an order at the parking stalls without having to repeat everything 3 times or more.

Recently my family and I stopped by this location because we were craving hot dogs and hadn't been in years. Had an absolutely horrible experience in the drive thru. Drove up and someone said something indiscernible. We sat there for 10 minutes. I even called out Hello to absolutely no response. As soon as we drove away they immediately took the order behind us. We even tried the drive up option and received no response for several minutes. Very disappointing and likely will not return to this location.

Cold food, wrong order, rude employees, waited forever.. almost $30 spent for barely edible food. Honestly it's shameful. I get it's supposed to be fast food but take some pride in your job or just don't work. Don't waste your money.
