Was in drive thru line for 27 minutes. No apology no immediate response by anyone inside when I pulled up to pay and get my hot drink which was spilled on the cup and didn’t give me the hot cup holder thing either. Never had this happen at a Starbucks

Hello, I have noticed that there is always to much ice in the drinks that I order, today I ordered a venti pink drink and when I drank all the drink the ice was still above the extra ice amount line, when we never asked for extra ice. I have noticed other people complain about this too and the problem is never fixed. Also a drink that my mom ordered she asked for a decaff drink and they didn't make it decaff. Thank you.

After several chances today was seriously the last straw. Just shut this place down if you won’t give people their moneys worth. $7 for a cup that workers consistently don’t care about filling then attempting to put whipped cream to make it look full. Along with managers/supervisors that are either non existent or just as inexperienced as the workers making the drinks. No one cares at this Starbucks and it truly shows.

Early on the morning of 9/27/25, I stopped in for my usual matcha before work — a little ritual that helps me start my day peacefully. I follow Ayurveda, which focuses on balance and mindfulness, so I always request light ice to keep my drink aligned with that practice.

Lately, I’ve noticed that my drink often comes with more ice than requested, and it’s been happening quite a bit (photo attached). I truly appreciate that Starbucks allows us to customize our orders, and I just hope this small detail can be honored moving forward. It may seem minor, but for me, it’s part of my morning calm.

Drinks never taste right at this location. Ordered a PSL iced from another SB a week ago in Tampa & it was so delicious that I decided to order one at this location the other day. It tasted awful. Yet again, they did not add enough syrup flavoring or mix the drink enough. Flavor is completely different on the bottom versus the top. Tired of paying for expensive coffee & getting crap here.

This is my favorite Starbucks! The staff are so friendly and my drink is always perfect! Every time I have to go to a different location, my drinks never turn out right. I always think, I wish I went to my Starbucks! 5⭐️

Absolutely incredible service at the drive thru.
Barista was so kind and had cute sayings and faces on the cups. I was feeling pretty down that day but this was such a way to spread kindness.

Horrible location for drive through and walkins. You will wait in line for 15-30 minutes and if you think you'll get out faster by going inside - the time to get your order is better but then you're trapped in the parking lot behind a line of angry people waiting to order. Definitely not worth the hassle.

The worst Starbucks in Tampa. You’ll wait in line for 20 minutes before even getting to the speaker. Then be prepared to wait another 10 to get to the window. Went inside and 3 people were working with 2 sitting around in the back. The drive thru is wrapped and people aren’t working. After all that, the coffee was burnt. Typical day for this location.
