Update 10/22/24- noticed Starbucks generic/ automatic response. Went to site but no contact us. If you want to contact them it's a "need to get in touch". I don't need to. But if they would like to personally contact me, they can. I posted my issues with this location.

Original Post:
I ( black women) went to pick up an order from this location, next to TD Bank. I came in and no other customers. I went to register the guy ( I think manager) asked if he could help me. I gave him the name of the pick up. He finished the order he was making and began to bag my order ( my entire order was done). A white lady came in and he asked her name , she gave it and she said her drink size was incorrect. He stopped bagging my order to remake her order. Than two more customers came in and he asked if they needed anything. Meanwhile I'm still waiting and the first white lady that came in already left.

What does that mean about the service! If white I will get service faster. Glad it wasn't my money for the pick up order.

Staff at the drive thru was fast and friendly. Love that the guy offered and gave me a pup cup. I've never heard of it and didn't know the offer that to dogs. Was so cute and awesome of him to offer my dog 🐶 Niko a cup. Niko absolutely loved it 😀. Thank you for the amazing service.

I just paid almost 7 dollars for a cup of coffee to be treated disgustingly by the young lady at the drive-through window. I went past the speaker box said pick up for Louise. Nobody responded so I pulled to the window. The young woman didn’t greet me didn’t say hello, just said did you pass the box? I said yes. Her response to me was, Stop the box next time. She didn’t get any nice in either, she didn’t tell me thank you, enjoy your day, not even an FU. I am disgusted with how I was just treated. Like train your employees to be polite. Your coffee is not cheap and a little bit of kind service would probably go along way.

Cappuccinos are a staple for coffee shops. Unfortunately my cappuccino here was watered down. Both drinks ordered tasted like it had zero coffee or reused beans. The extra star was added for the egg bites which were good.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for 7 years. Never have I ever been treated with such a judgmental tone and completely disrespected. I was the only one in the drive thru and nobody was in the parking lot. My passenger was smoking. When I got to the window to pick up ONE coffee, the person with long hair and colored ends happily took my money and when they/them realized someone was smoking in MY CAR, their tone completely changed. In a condescending tone they told me that the cigarette had to be put out. I was like excuse me??? There are no signs stating that you cannot smoke in your car if you’re going through a Starbucks drive thru. Again, I am the only one there and they told me to pull forward. I pulled up away from the window to wait for my coffee and the other person that was making my coffee yelled out the window and told me I had to be 25 feet away from the building!!! Still, nobody behind me. I asked him if he was going to bring my coffee out to me and he told me when my passenger was done smoking, I could come back through the drive thru and pick it up! Are you freaking kidding me??? What a joke! I pulled around the building and parked my car to walk in and pick up my $7.00 coffee and they both proceeded to lecture me. I was so mad, I just took my coffee and left. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! If this treatment is acceptable to Starbucks, I’m completely done with it. How dare you give your employees the power to treat customers this way and dictate what a person can and cannot do in their own vehicle. Mind you, if these employees would’ve stopped talking to me, the window to the store would close. What a bunch of rude bullies! Starbucks should be ashamed.
