food was way over priced. I ordered street tacos, I had to send them back. my first order was blackened chicken which ended up pulled chicken and the flavor was awful. They did replace them with blackened shrimp tacos. Over priced $19 for 2 street tacos that were below average!

Stonewater Grill hosted our wedding & reception. Kristin & team did an amazing job! Everything was beautiful! The food & service were amazing!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for hosting & catering of special events!!!

Went for bday dinner. Checked menu before hand, family are big steak eaters. Waitress bought drinks, appetizers then came along for dinner order, daughter orders steak, only to be told sorry we are in the process of changing our menu we don't have any steak. Why didn't we get told this when we were seated? We had all planned on steak, very frustrating, food was just ok not great. I did reach out to them through their website but no one responded so I'm posting here. Wont be going back.

We had reservations for 6:30. We could not get hostess to seat us. We waited 45 minutes before leaving. They seated everyone else that walked in the door. Hostess just kept saying nothing she could do just be a few more minutes. Don’t think we will come back.

I recently a few weeks ago visited this restaurant on a date night and wanted to make sure that I give props to our waitress who was went above and beyond to make our night special.
It was super busy and she still gave us her undivided attention.
As a business owner myself, I wish that I had employees like this.
I believe her name was Mary.
Beautiful older woman.
I will be back just because of her.
Thank you for going above and beyond.

Service was good for a great little spot in Land O Lakes area. The steak was perfect, the prices are high but you pay for the view of the lake of you are outside I guess. I would go again.

View was great. We were seated outside since the temperature was Florida mild. It was noisy, making it difficult for our party of 6 to talk. Burger was just ok. Loaded baked potato was very good. My wife had the chicken parmesan, which she liked.

This was 2nd time at Stonewater. Hostess sat me at high top. 10 minutes waitress came. I wanted to order Old Fashion. There was no bourbon list in menu folder and she couldn’t offer suggestions. I then waited an additional 10 minutes for her to get a copy of the listing of bourbons offered.
I asked for Smoked Bourbon and wanted Meatballs appetizer brought after drink.
Within minutes meatballs were at the table. Took another 10 minutes for her to bring “Smoked Bourbon “. She immediately removed smoke lid.

The meatballs were warm not hot and no very flavorful. After slowly drinking bourbon and eating some of the meat balls, I slid plate and glass across the table and waited for waitress to return. After almost 15 minutes I flagged Hostess and requested my check.
While outside service maybe better inside is poor . ( Riley). She seemed to be preoccupied with her outside customers.

Again this is second time and last. I live near by in Lutz but I’ll drive to Clearwater before returning to Stonewater.

Went last week for the 1st time with some dear friends. Everyone including myself enjoyed our meals! Staff was very polite, and attentive which made an excellent dining experience.
This is now my number 1 restaurant in the Hernando County area. Will be going back often.

Last Wednesday night, my wife and I visted Stonewater Grill for the first time. The atmosphere is lively and spacious, loud but not to the point of intruding on table talk. Our servers were busy but responsive.

We began with the Lakeside Cauliflower appetizer, a roasted cauliflower served on a cedar plank topped with a gruyere crust. The cheesy crust was tasy, though the cauliflower itself lacked a bit of seasoning.

My wife ordered the Seafood Pescatore and enjoyed the seafood, the pasta and the sauce.

I ordered the Portobello Burger. This dish was exactly as described in the menu - two portobello caps marinated in balsamic , roasted red peppers, pesto aioli, gruyere and arugala served on a brioche bun. I love every individual ingredient in this dish, but was nevertheless a little disppointed. There was no textural contrast throughout the dish, as the softness of the arugula and of the bun resulted in a balsamic-based soggy bun. As a result, this burger could not be held intact in my hands. Consideration should be given to substituting either: (1) the arugala for crisp iceberg lettuce; or (2) the bricohe bun for a crisper/more sturdy type of bun/bread.

Stonewater Grill is a comfortable restaurant with decent food.

Beautiful dining, indoor and outside. There's some heaters outside for the cool nights. Plenty of space. Great service. The food is always satisfactory.

They seem to be understaffed. After waiting 40 minutes the hostess sat us and told us she would find us a server. That didn’t happen. Mary came up to check on us noticing we were just sitting there. She took our order right away and found us a server since she was being cut. Mary and our server Riley helped us out and we appreciate that! Mary showing she cares is top notch. Riley was also very attentive.
