They should honor subway deals. Not going to say why but it doesn’t surprise me why you aren’t !
Best food and the guys work there really friendly.
Also nice clean store I come to this location for 5 years. Highly recommended :)

The owner of this store has some issue. I saw him commenting bad about customers in front of them in his native language and giggle about it with his workers. Does not have respect for elderly people at all. Also chews on some tobacco junk and spits around the corners, very unhygienic way of working/runnung a food court. Gives a weird attitute about coupons.
Bottom line: we have several subways around that area, much cleaner and respectful. I would rather go to them.

Best Subway experience hands down! The staff at this location always go above and beyond—friendly, fast, and they make the best sandwiches every time. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality and freshness of the food. Whether it’s customizing my order perfectly or making sure everything is spotless, they always deliver top-notch service. It’s become my go-to spot thanks to the awesome team here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, delicious meal with excellent customer service!

By far the best location in our area. Everything is always fresh, they never skimp on the toppings, and always make you feel like family. I especially appreciate the way they interact with my young son. They always ask him what he wants on his pizza, rather than just asking my husband and I. In addition, I have yet to come to this location and find it anything less than exceptionally clean. They definitely take pride in their restaurant. Keep up the great work fellas, the Raymond family appreciates you!!!

Went in to get a foot long dipper. I asked for mozzarella cheese, they said it was discontinued. Then I opted for provolone cheese. The employee wanted to make it with American cheese. They then started to speak in their native language, which I didn’t understand. When I arrived home my dipper was burnt and rock hard. As was my foot long churro! 🤬 wasted my money! Never again! Very rude! Not recommended

App took my money but they would not make my order, because of their poor technology. Won't be back. Besides last time we were here, the older guy seems rude to his younger employees, should have stopped then. Only got 2 store because the younger employee atleast tried to explain.

I was sooo excited for subway buuut didn’t get a chance to eat there. The customer service was horrible. I asked for a #42, a type of chicken salad wrap. They ( 2 Indian guys, a younger one & an older one, forgive me if they’re not Indian) put dry chicken on the flat bread. I told them, “that’s not the correct wrap” & the younger one insisted that it was. The older one then corrected him & said “yeah yeah it’s supposed to go with like mayo or something”. So the younger one picks up the mayo & DROWNS the chicken, & starts mixing. (Still, the wrap was wrong).. Still, being patient, I ignored it & asked for pepper jack cheese. The younger one ignored me. Then a few seconds later he says “what? Cheese?” I said, yes please pepper jack. He sighs, rolls his eyes & goes “oh my God” then proceeds to speak in another language to the older man. At that point I told him “never mind, I’m good” & started to leave. The older guy says “no no no no” motioning for me to stay. I told him, “you are too rude for me, no thank you”. & I left. Customer service is already a tough field when Dealing with CUSTOMERS. But the employees? No greeting, no patience, no kindness. I didn’t tell them to get that job… if they didn’t like where they worked, choose a different profession. This may not be a huge deal but I just wanted to be heard. Please do better. I just wanted a wrap. This was Saturday 8/17/24 around 7:10pm… I hope the other people on different shifts are nicer. Super clean store and good staff, known a lot of people that have came here for years and never had any problems. Nice family owned store atmosphere and always hook your sandwich up definitely recommend.

Just went in to order sandwiches for my family and I. I explained that we would be doing 4 sandwiches, then proceeded to order the first 3 (all the same, on the same bread). The employee (an older man, always there) began making one sandwich. After being reminded of the other two sandwiches, the employee began to make 3 more sandwiches that did not resemble the first (note they were all supposed to be THE SAME). This began a spiral of both my partner and I having to repeat our order about 4 more times, all while the employees (another employee walked out after the second time the first employee messed up the order) are laughing, sighing, smirking, and being overall dismissive and rude. When I attempted to cancel the order, the employees both got loud and said they would remake the order one more time. In the end, ALL 4 sandwiches were STILL WRONG, and we were still charged full price, and I understand miscommunication, but going as far as to be disrespectful to customers crosses a line.

Worst subway I've ever been in. Veggies were very old, pickles were white and tomatoes were falling apart because of the poor quality. The man behind the counter kept trying to put random things on the sub and didn't listen to what we were saying. Overall, just bad quality food and not great customer service. Will definitely not eat here again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed a pickup order and when I went in to pick it up, they said they had no order and nothing was sent to them. Confirmed the address and showed them the order. They stood around and did absolutely nothing. Just told me to contact the corporate office. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service.
