I moved out because of the management, they have undesirable staff members as well as tenants. There is no security and drug activity noticeable. They continue to raise lot rent every year but do nothing to improve the park, boat docks deteriorating and unsafe to use. No amenities.
I have lived here over 25 years. The ISD was formed to "KEEP OUR PARKS PRIVATE" They are not! Would my fellow neighbors rather pay assessment to fix our streets or pay to our do nothing ISD but collect our tax money. They do not take care off streets they are county maintained as well as weeds in lakes etc.

Love living here! Feels like a piece of paradise. We enjoy golf carting around, visiting all the various playgrounds, and enjoying the lake activities.
