$21 for a 10-inch sandwich with no side included; the meat was not seasoned, the roll was gummy, and the whole thing was dry overall. We try to support local, but this place is off the list!

Got Philly Cheesteaks through delivery and they were amazing.. My girl who is from Philly gave it a stamp of approval as well. Can't wait to stop by in person.

Great food! Went because it had great reviews. I had mushroom philly, my brother had A1 philly, and my son enjoyed the chicken Parm sandwich. The bread is key to a good philly. There bread was delicious.

This is my second time and as always the best in the south for a real Philly steak. Went to watch the game and it was amazing good food and good people. Joy and her staff are amazing. The only thing is I like my onions & peppers hopped up in my steak and they wasn’t but it don’t take away from the goodness of the food. I will drive a hour and again for this delicious steak.

Had steaks in several states. By far the best place to get a steak outside of Philly!

Me and my mom came in for the first time, its our first restaurant since moving here and it was amazing, lovely customer service with nice smiles we had the garlic wings and pizza cheesesteak both amazing and there milkshakes are one of the best iv had, handcrafted and full of flavor everyone was nice and welcoming and the restaurant is very clean you dont see a lot of that anymore but they were neat and clean i will definitely come back!

The Philly Special may look like a small hole-in-the-wall, but don’t let appearances fool you — the food is absolutely incredible, and the experience is even better. Every dish we had was packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and served hot and fresh. You can tell the chefs take real pride in their craft.

What truly set this visit apart was the people. From the servers to the kitchen staff, everyone went above and beyond. They were not only attentive and professional, but also incredibly kind and patient. My daughter was having a bit of a difficult moment when we arrived, yet the staff treated her with such respect and genuine care that it instantly turned the whole experience around. That level of customer service is rare, and it meant so much to us.

It’s not every day you find a spot that combines amazing food with such heartfelt hospitality. Philly Special delivers both in full. Highly recommend this gem — you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

PA girl approved! We got the pizza cheesesteak and it was DELICIOUS. The sandwiches are huge, the roll perfect and the made-to-order meat reminiscent of its namesake. Restaurant was clean, service was excellent, with staff checking on us several times during our stay. We will definitely be back again to try some of the other varieties of sandwiches.
