My order wasn’t great originally, the line wasn’t packed I had no lettuce or tomato more was my food fresh I’d asked for cooked to order. When I came back miss Jessica took care of everything she had the staff lock in. I appreciate the workers I understand their task as well that every Oder isn’t the same. Terrible service! I arrived and there were three guys glued to their phones, laughing and fooling around, not helping anyone. Only one woman was actually working while the others were just wasting time. A complete lack of respect and professionalism. What a shameful service!

I only ordered one thing at the drive thru which was one of the frosty's but whoever was running the drive thru didn't even ask if I wanted to order anything else. Basically the kid working just rushed me to pull up to the window. Mind you that nobody was behind me and they had all night to take their time with me explaining my order and there was still 2 hours left until closing. Bad service.

As someone who has worked at this location a long time in the past, I might be a little biased. But you cannot blame just the workers, the visitors in this location can be pretty picky for wanting fast food... And then expect fast food. Also, the management was always lacking and needed better people management skills, however I know they certainly weren't paid enough to even care about how it was going. Most the food is just a reheat or a heat up already made product, but people always seemed to expect homemade quality foods. It's fast food you get what you get, it's not gonna be beautiful and most the time it will be messy, they required 90 second cars back in my day and it took half the drive ins 5 minutes to even order and half would add stuff at the window. Sometimes the food is great, most the time they mess it up... I probably just got the car behind mines order. Hahaha

Got breakfast this morning. Ordered 3 maple bacon chicken croissant all of them had mold all over them, i don't know how the person making them did not see it. They must be blind.I always have problems with this Wendy's. From now on I'm going to a different Wendy's. This place definitely needs a overhaul. Please don't go there.

I ordered a sandwich extra honey butter which was perfectly done then I ordered a honey butter biscuit I paid n my meal was alot then it added up to I asked her to check but I looked and noticed they did a chicken biscuit instead of the plain I said well and just took it however this sandwich was bone dry no sauce
