I’m usually not a big fan of Wendy’s, but my husband enjoys it. This location really surprised me — the food was very fresh, and the highlight of our visit was the employee who served us at the window. She was extremely kind and courteous. I don’t recall her name, but our visit was on 07/20 in the late afternoon (around 4–6 p.m.).

The food is usually fine, but my order is wrong 9 times out of 10. Missing items, incorrect items, requests that are ignored.
Today I ordered a meal and an extra thing of fries and they only gave me one of my fries.
You have to double check them ALL the time to make sure you're getting what you ordered.
I would never eat here if there was another Wendy's even kind of close.

The place was very clean including the bathrooms. But I do not like how they made you use the kiosk to order your food.

Order your drink with no ice. Saw dude take 2 cups, fill one less than half way with my drink and the other with ice. Then he poured the ice into the cup with the drink and put that cup back. When I asked the employee about it, he said that's what they're supposed to do. SMH.

Amanda, a service member at this store was awesome yesterday, we had accidentally ordered Chili Cheese Fries without realizing that it had meat. She happily agreed to replace it to just the Regular Cheese Fries. Thanks to her for being there and helping us.

My food‘s been wrong here a couple different times, but it’s always pretty good. The manager has no personality at all. She’s always very rude. She never says anything. She just hand you your stuff and closes the window and when you ask for anything, she rolls her eyes. I work across the street so I’m constantly going to food places around here every time I go here she seems to not like her job.

Every time I come here there’s an issue, and to top it off your employee the little Asian girl and your managers like get to aggressive to customers. You work at a Wendy’s and your job is to cook fast food, if you can’t even do that right I feel sorry for you. Yelling at a customer for waiting in a drive thru line for the food they paid for is crazy. I waited for my food so long the guy behind me left out of frustration and the manager said they were cooking it fresh but my nuggets aren’t even room temperature.

There are so many people that need jobs in this world and yet you force us to do our own ordering on a kiosk if I have to do my own order on a kiosk then I deserve an employee discount because I am doing your job. Other people have said the same thing looking at the reviews from this place. As well that has been mentioned many many times dirty tables as I had to bus my own table just so I could sit down.
