2/7/2024 @ 6:55am I went thru the drive thru and they told me they didn't have cheesy tots which was fine , so I ordered a small coffee , 2 Splenda and 5 cream , I asked if the girl at the window could put them in the coffee for me since it was hard and messy to do in and she was like umm no we only put it on the side . I've been to so many burger kings and they have always said yes when I asked for the crème and sugar in the coffee no problem . But this girl was just not wanting to make a sale a provide good customer service even tho this is the slowest Burger King. You'd think they would want a sale !

Dead termites everywhere nasty dirty ordered food while i was waiting looked to sit down and there was dead termites every booth filth and droppings in every window crevice also food on the kitchen floor very dirty nasty. We made the manager aware of it and wanted a refund and she was giving us a hard time about it saying that she will clean a booth for us. To sit and eat I didn't really want to after bugs are everywhere we wanted to refund our money I had to make it issue about it and then she grab the drinks out of our hands and told us to go She's mad because she has an insect's all over the place

Probably the worst Burger King I have been to. The restaurant had water pouring in from the ceiling he caught in food mixing buckets. The restaurant was empty at lunchtime on a Saturday. No drive thru customers. I ordered online and came in and staff were on their cell phones and I ha Ms to tell them the order on the screen was for me. They gave me a cup for drink but the coke freestyle machine only had two flavors working and when I asked for a diet soda and told them I didn't care what the told me to use the machine. I explained it didn't have any flavors except surge and they acknowledged that finally as oh yeah and gave me a drink. Staff were not friendly. Place had standing water from the ceiling on the floor. Lots of people on phones and nobody cleaning or doing much productive. I'd suggest closing the location would be the best recommendation.

You wa t fresh food with all fresh ingredients n very delicious n elegant presentation look no further. I order weekly food for private n my church n Dr. Offices n attorneys office .They all rave for this uniqly made food .made all with so much care n love . ( Mari)

This was the worst Burger King ive ever eaten. It made me not want to ever eat Burger King again. Soda machine had no ice, and whopper just seemed off. Bacon was literally on the floor in a open container and fries tasted 3 days old. Please someone call a health inspector and get this place shut down.

Staff attitude very poor they are rude and not willing to fix mistakes they make. Food feels like they heated in the microwave Burger King is losing its standards for sure gone are the days when you got great burger that was not microwaved and fries don't feel fresh can't believe I give them Another shot after the first time. Fire the manager also noticed they don't wear gloves like Macdonald's do makes you think of food a safety.

Oh dear, you can hear me walking all around in here due to the sticky floors in the dining room. It's pretty grubby. I probably shouldn't have eaten here if they don't care much about the area the customers are in. Wish me luck.

Since going back to work last year we've started going to Burger King more often. Their food has been consistent good and the service is quick. The fries are always hot with just the right amount of salt.
