Forgot my card in the drive thru and I realized she just never gave it back to me. After I was 20 mins away I realized I lost it and spent 30 mins looking for it. I then thought maybe I left it at the drive thru. I tried calling them several times just to see if it's there and they didn't answer. I finally went there and they had it. I know it's kind of silly because I should have been more careful but she just kept my card after I was waiting for my food at the drive thru. I didn't realize she didn't give it back cause they usually do. Anyway they just have answered the phone before I started looking for my card.

Victoria was rude to me this morning and refused to put cold foam on a coffee that i paid for. I brought this to her attention and asked if she could add it please, and she just nodded her head no and made a grunting sound. It would be different if it was communicated properly but she did not use any words when i asked about it, and just looked like she couldn’t be bothered to be here. She didn’t apologize, and she didn’t even use words when talking to me. Very disappointed

I came in to get 2 mushroom Swiss burgers. 4 min drive home. Both burgers were cold like from the frig. The meat was hard and one had 3 mushroom slices. Total waste of money For the record there was only one other customer

I paid for a pickup order, and when i arrived to pick it up at first. They said that they didn't have an order in my name. But then, when I showed them the receipt, they told me that I already picked app my order, they wouldn't help and they were going to call the police. If I didn't leave this place is a scam, they will steal your money. And then call the police on you. If you come and try to get it fixed, stay far from this restaurant. They do not care about the food they serve or the way they treat their customers. The manager today between 9 AM and 10 AM. Just stole my order and then told me to kick rocks. If you go to this Burger King and they commit fraud with your credit card or they give you food that gives you food poisoning. You cannot say that I did not warn you.Stay away from this burger king

Old BK, can't have it your way because they are out of that item. Fries are usually old, salty, and reheated. Kids work here, so it's not likely to be consistent. Nothing ticks me off more than nasty fries.
