Came to drive through at about 7:30 AM and was treated so well by the workers who went out of there way to accommodate me. The food was delicious and the eggnormous burrito was ... eggnormous! Perfect ending to my overnight shift. Thank you!

Worst service I’ve ever had at any Burger King, went through the drive-through today. The employee never said a word other than hemmaol. Yeah not even hello, just mumbled what might have been hello I guess. We didn’t get what I ordered, utter incompetence. I will never go back to this location

Yesterday I had one of my worst experience at any restaurant. We stopped at Burger King just to get some chicken fingers and fries for my grandson. The person at the drive-through kept on asking me to repeat the order around six times in. I guess she couldn't hear me so I yelled the order then she got it second time I yelled. Drove up to second window where my husband paid. I was already upset because I had to yell. I just want to get my order and leave.Before you left supposed manager Marianna a young lady tells me Don't yell at my employees. I was shocked! Like I wanted yell ended up with a soar throat. I told her did you not hear she kept asking me to repeat my order. I wanted to come in to talk to them since we had cars behind us by then . She threatened to call the police. Never in my life have I gone through anything like that. I asked her name cause I will be reporting to corporate office. I didn't do review yesterday because I was so upset. Like I told her I am the customer. My husband was quite till she told us next time don't yell at her employees. He said we're not coming back here. I feel things could have been handled differently. Since the beginning employee should have asked us to pull up to window if she couldn't her. While we were at the window employees in the back were laughing. That was not professional behavior. The manager attitude towards the customer definitely didn't help.

I arrived here 10 minutes ago with a car in front of me and another behind me. No one ever came to the window for any of us. They don’t close until midnight, so I’m not sure why they shut down an hour early. Now I have to request a refund through the app. Disappointed!
