Always a good coffee - however, it is frustrating and also a waste of money when ordering cold foam and you get whipped cream. You can tell the difference. This has happened many times now

Many times I shop here and they always have a very unpleasant attitude, but it is the place that is closest to me that is why I went to that place, but today apart from the very bad attitude of the 2 girls who were serving there, they spoke to me very badly and were very rude, their attitude is common but today it was much worse. That is a very unpleasant place and the staff that they have much more there since the customer service is terrible were so unpleasant that they even told me not to come back since I let them know that I did not deserve to be treated in that way that the only thing I was doing was buying more without asking them and one of them told me go away and don't come back.

Dear Management,

I recently visited your Dunkin’ Donuts location next to Burger King with my sister to order a small iced matcha cold foam latte. One of your employees, whom I do not know by name, handed me a larger-sized drink instead of the small size I originally ordered and paid for. When I politely asked for the correct size, she gave me a long pause before switching languages and complaining about my request.

I find this response unprofessional and disappointing. Customers should receive what they order and pay for, and they should not be made to feel uncomfortable for simply asking for accuracy. Pricing differs between sizes, and I doubt anyone would appreciate receiving the wrong order.

I expect better customer service from this establishment. Employees should maintain a respectful and positive attitude toward customers, as I believe is outlined in company policy. If this is lacking, I strongly urge you to address it and ensure that your staff demonstrates better professionalism and behavior.

Thank you for your time, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

Unfortunately whoever you have working that drive through is sending your customers away. The attitude that girl gives is insane. Nobody is doing you a favor. If you don’t want to work, find something else. Just to clarify I’m referring to whoever was working on 02/04/25 at around 1pm. (This is the 3rd time with the same worker.) EVERYONE ELSE IS AMAZING.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant today, and was given a dry bagel with a slice of cheese and a few pieces of bacon on it. I was already a few miles down the road when I realized this, so nothing I could do about it. This location just sucks. The staff are completely miserable and never greet you when you pull up to the window. I’ll just go to the new one down the street from now on.

The attached pictures show what I received for my money this afternoon at the location on 1101 S Dixie Hwy, Lantana, FL 33462. I ordered a bagel sandwich but was served a completely burnt bagel. When I returned to the store, the employee at the door simply asked, "Who made that food?" and offered a brief, "sorry." Meanwhile, the two guys in the back continued joking around and laughing, showing no concern for the issue.

I have never been insulted in my life. I ordered a meal from Dunkin Donuts and received a completely blacken sandwich. The person burned the bagel while toasting it and still packed it for me.

Ordered my drink and food for walk in and when I got there some homeless looking “maintenance” man tying off the handicap spots with caution tape that parked his truck in two spots yelled at me saying the lobby was closed and that I had to go through the drive through to get my order. If I wanted to go through the drive through I would’ve selected that but knowing how busy it always is I don’t do it. Regardless not sure who the guy was to tell me what to do.

The service is horrible, the employees don’t greet once you pull up at the intercom's , I live close by & not once have I been able to get my coffee made right . Employees take no pride at the service window & I will go to Starbucks from now on

I ordered a bacon and egg on a bagel with katchup. The woman who took the order was rude , rudely replied, "We dont dont put katchup on sandwich" and said she would put it on the side. I get to work there is no napin or katcup. They can't even do the minimal!
