I’d give half a star if it’d let me The guy bartending nights with a backwards hat is very disrespectful, bad with time management and definitely hates his job. Would rather play pool then serve customers and leave them waiting while he finishes a game or chats it up with other customers. Lack of respect and commitment to service. Place stinks very bad no ventilation or fans, bathroom looks like it’s never been cleaned, floor is very sticky, and drinks are average price is only thing this place has going for it. All around just a bad atmosphere that I won’t be wasting money on and hope others don’t either. Get a new bartender and this place might be half decent.

It would be easy to mistake this little hole in the wall for a sketchy dive bar but you would be dead wrong. It is an absolute gem...a rare neighborhood bar that welcomes newcomers with open arms. This friendly environment is in large part due to the bartenders, Lee and Julie in particular. They are genuinely nice people who not only remember your drink but your name. Everyday of the week is great but you dont want to miss Friday and Saturday kareoke nights with Rockin Roke run by the coolest husband and wife team, Tom and Nicole. They met 20 years ago at a kareoke bar and are just amazing. They really make everyone feel comfortable singing no matter how bad they are ....like me. 😃

Don’t waste your money in this place! Stinks like smoke. There’s only a few loose girls in it Amb. Just a bunch of local drunks who can’t find women of their own. Management is terrible, DJ is rude, and the bartenders don’t mind their own business. There’s only one good singer ambeezy on Friday nights but she the local strawberry! The doorknob every one gets a turn.

Quiet location just over the train tracks on Lantana Rd/Dixie Highway. Nem is one of the Bartenders, he is awesome! Friday and Saturday night is Karaoke, it is quite fun, another thing that they do here, which is out of the norm, once you sing once, and your name is in the system, it rotates you and other singers so you keep getting called up! Make sure you have 4-5 songs in your mind if you plan to stick around for a couple hrs here! Oh and it's important to remember, they do not serve food here, but they do let you walk in with your own.
Great service and ran into a lot of old friends. Fantastic time overall!

Place is definitely an oddity. It’s every bit odd as it is interesting. They don’t serve food, so keep that in mind. The bartender was excellent. Be prepared to brush shoulders with people from all walks of life here. If I could describe this place in one world, it’s peculiar. I heard songs I have never heard in my life. Pretty cool.

We are new to Florida and this neighborhood bar is right around the block from us.My experience the air was very stale the atmosphere it was very slovenlyAnd the element was very unfriendly this was not my first experience they should have some kind of airflow people should smoke outside and please forgive me but some of the bartenders are real Biatches not friendly at all and if they would dismantle and clean this place up the windows are so filthy the entryway is so filthy just a bunch of chainsmokers and drunks very poor business.It could be a fun local bar but somewhere somehow the owner has lost all interest in this bar.

Located on Dixie highway just north of Lantana. I wondered in for the first time and met Nem the friendly welcoming bartender. I was surprised to learn that you can smoke at the bar. I noticed the pool table as I made my way to the rear of the bar and encountered a clean restroom.Definitely not a high-end fancy establishment.More like a hole-in-the-wall what some would call a dive bar. Not a big place and could be easily missed. But kind of cozy and I felt safe & comfortable there. Nice place to stop in for a quick nightcap. It's just a local bar and nothing to write home about. Just being honest, but it's close to home and I would like to stop back and visit them again.A business is only as good as the people that work there. Friendly professional courteous non pretentious service is what stood out for me.They have karaoke, bingo and various other activities on certain evenings of the week.Hats off to Nem the bartender. Wandering in for the first time and not knowing anyone there...Nem's customer service and easygoing demeanor, and the fact that it was relatively a quiet evening, (not crowded), not a rowdy kind of bar, made for a pleasant experience.Of course it was the end of the evening and I called it a night before the midnight hour but Foster' South is open until 2 a.m. I wasn't there long and enjoyed a draft beer and a duck fart.Duck fart: Kahlua, Irish cream and whiskey, in that order, Layered... Tasted better shaken or stirred but I had never had that drink before and found the recipe on YouTube which I shared with Nem who was kind enough to accommodate me.
