The service is great. Natalie always provides an exceptional level of service to all the customers, as does the rest of the staff. Buffalo Bills games are so much fun.

I am giving this a 5-star rating, although the service could improve by either changing up 2 staff members, Barb and Natalie, or to do some very intensive customer service training on these two individuals (ie. do not give attitude, stop rolling your eyes, stop talking bad about other patrons in front of customers, stop the ‘mean girl mentality’, be attentive to your tables, be polite to others you work with, etc.). They have been there for years and it’s no wonder the business has had multiple owners because these two do not help the business in anyway. If anything - they are driving customers out. I have seen some good bartenders leave. I see a new girl, Tony, she is absolutely amazing (ie. great attitude and customer service, everyone always had a drink even when the entire bar and place was full, she never stopped working - even if she wasn’t getting someone a drink, she would do other tasks). I hope the two “bad eggs” don’t push another great bartender out or any other new staff members that are good!

Great place for Bills game, Buffalo wings were cooked crispy and moist, the sauce was a little thin but realized from the cook that some people complain about too much sauce? Are you kidding me? No one from Buffalo are going to complain about too much sauce. I am the Lord of the wings, I like HOT Buffalo sauce!

Local Bills Sports Bar/ Diner recently under new owner. They renovated this place over the summer and ugraded the food and menu.
We had a good lunch. -They have lunch special menu. I had the chicken salad. The owner said they make it fresh made along with the cole slaw. Apparently for the Bills games they make Beef- on-Weck sandwiches.

Chad runs a great business. His barstaff consisting of Stacy, Mel, and Natalie are the best inthe business. Beers are ice cold, the food is excellent, and the bar area is neat and clean. Highly recommended for all locals
The Lantern is the little tavern that could. Passed by this place a thousand times, never stopped. I did tonight because it was close by and holy smokes, I'm glad I did. The food was terrific, the beer was cold and the service from Jennifer was great! The onion rings were on point and the sauce that goes with them even more so. Definitely have a go at a great little dive bar with a wonderful kitchen. I'll be stopping in again for sure.

Would have been nice to know ahead of time that they want $.75 per serving of mayo (I asked for some to dip my fries in), as I don't think I have ever been charged for mayo anywhere in my life. I asked for a second side of it so there were two opportunities to let me know, yet I didn't come to find out until I received the check. Otherwise decent atmosphere and service, and the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and fries were fine.

You should inform your website when you are unfoutunatly closed due to unfortunat circumstances on a tuesday night at 8pm. Had paid uber to get here you suck. In town working for a month, you just lost abou 1k in sales
