Terrible had 12 people over my house ordered 2 pizza and it only came with 1 pizza and smell cheese sticks terrible called them and asked if they can fix it and nothing was done highly don’t recommend this location

You would think on the principal of a 1 topping made by a PJohns this is nor unusual. It's actually live and running! They have no clue. The manager who is accountable for updates is not. Fired! Sacrifices your time, energy, and should be fired immediately. Run Forest far from PJohns. Waste of a franchise not handled properly or correctly. Papa John's can thank the reviews on this location for many never ordering another pizza from this lack of a better word: a corporate identity claiming anything pizza. Papa John's should close this store and bottle a pizza in the Atlantic with a note: "We are incapable of running a corporate pizza chain, order elsewhere. Thank you regarding our lack thereof, Papa Johns!"

Order from here often because it’s the closest to home. They can’t get it right. We often have to slice the pizza at home with a knife because they hardly sliced it. We had to stop ordering the garlic flavor crust because they would put so much sauce it would be saggy, same as the wings. We told the manager this before but still pretty bad. Here is a picture of the back of my pizza that I had to slice properly at home.
Nayeli at the front counter was super sweet. She greeted me with a smile and said welcome in. Also, the pizza was super delicious. Thank you for your kindness Nayeli, it goes a long way...

I would give this store a zero star but I had no option to do so first off I wasn’t aware that there is an “answering service that gives customers misleading information and then the store didn’t even attempt to accommodate me for THEIR mistake and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE so I had to cancel my order that I waited 45 minutes for and didn’t get to feed my guest! This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten and the store “manager” didn’t even get on the phone to help in any way shape or form. I will NEVER order from this place again. Worst store ever I will be contacting corporate.
