Was disappointed from beginning called to place order guy answered phone then laid it down without taking order drove there and still he didn’t come back placed order waited twenty minutes then went back in drive thru to pick it up and girl made smart ass comments about how far I was from window if she doesn’t want to be there tell her to quit

Wow, what a great experience from a fast food pizza staple. Was having a rough day and just wanted to get a pizza before going home. Alexis and Ruben were the nicest staff, they greeted me right away and got my order in quick. They even cheered me up a bit with some conversation while I waited. The pizza came out fast and when I tried it at home it was great! Thank you Pizza Hut, Alexis, and Ruben for turning a small part of my day into the best part of my day.
DONT order online or for delivery. They will always forget something!, lately our orders have been missing an item and it takes forever to get in contact with the store, and when you do, they just give you credit. This affects the whole customer experience. Their staff members are also unfriendly except for one guy who is always kind and polite.

How does one screw up a cheese pizza this bad? Did you guys borrow the dough from another restaurant? How do you burn the pizza and it still be ice cold when it arrives? This was quite literally the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life and it’s not even close - would rather eat the box it came in than eat this garbage
I was severed by Ms. Alexa and from the moment we pulled up she was very polite and friendly. We asked her questions and she explained everything to us. It’s hard to find good customer service in fast food restaurants and Alexa made sure we left happy and satisfied. Thank you so much for such a great experience
