Absolutely not. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in maybe 5 years. I should have kept it going. One pizza was thin and hard, like an overbaked flatbread. It tasted like cardboard. The other pizza wasn’t crispy but it was a pan pizza. There was barely any sauce or cheese on that one. Even the boneless wings were bad. They weren’t tossed in any sauce. The sauce was barely coating the bottom of the package they came in. One of the dips was already opened and leaked over some of the food. The garlic cheese bread was the only thing that tasted right. Oh, and the soft drink. Also, I forgot that these pizza places now use a third party for delivery. My pizza was supposed to be delivered within 30 - 40 mins. DoorDash delivery was 15 mins past the delivery time in my email. He was literally stopped at someone else’s and spent over 5 mins “waiting” for them to answer the door. Since when does a delivery person wait that long? Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza chain but I can see now why no one ever wants to order from them. I should have read the reviews first.

Went to get a free pizza and get disrespected. Then the manager had the never to have a minor pose as the manager. Worst experience ever. Not to mention lost my free credited pizza as he threw in the trash, in view of customers as well as myself.

I want to say that the guy making the pizza did an amazing job, he was working by myself to make them. The girl at the front was attentive and also helped as well, she didn’t keep us guessing on when our pizza would be ready , now there was a 10 minute wait even though I ordered online. But the pizza was fresh and delicious.. 12/22 is when i came in , they definitely should appreciate them as some good workers.

I normally never have issues, and when I do, they accommodate and make it right again. I just don't like how sometimes with delivery they use doordash. I always have an issue with them finding my address, making it harder to contact them for ETA. If doordash would work with Pizza Huts tracking, it wouldn't be an issue. Doordahers always never get to me with hot pizza, and yet Pizza Hut corrects it when I have to go there myself.
Place an online order at 6:18. Email says I will have by 7:03. At 7:11 I call and told the server went down 10 minutes before (about the time I should have received food). And told it will be another 30 minutes. Not acceptable.Finally receive food at 7:52

We ordered an hr before closing yesterday (sept. 1st) and the service was great. Very friendly! Our My Hut Boxes were delicious. We will be back to this location! Thank you to the guy in the pick up window for this nice experience!
