12/12/25. 9:04 am. (MANAGER NAME Nelsa or carol) i think its nelsa because they called back and said it was nelsa who treated me unfailmaybe they lied on her name but. I was at this exact location with date and time i paid extra egg for my burrito and im just realizing that thier was no potatoes neither. The Bigger lady light skin Haitian with the hat I think she is the manager and she was calling me a liar saying .she put extra NO SHE DID NOT THE BURRITO WAS SMALL AND NO POTATOES AND NO EXTRA EGG . HER NAME IS nelsa or carol pretty sure again its nelsa. Im so hurt and embarrassed im sick of these people being so mean and taking it to work.

I have given up on this location my orders in the past are usually missing an item. My wife and daughter have kept on going. They brought Taco Bell from this location tonight. My taco supremes were barely warm. Our home is a 4 minute drive. We ate what got home and went back. I requested to one young man the chicken quesadilla that was missing and I was asked to produce the rest of the meals we brought home. Inferring that we were trying to get over on them. I usually pick any other restaurant in this area A second young man stepped and comped the item. Kind gesture. But I’ll pick other options when possible.

Drive thru was a little busy so I decided to walk in, there were a couple dashers waiting for food and a older man who had immediately placed his order through the kiosk and received his order within 5-7 minutes. I placed my order which wasn’t many items and I waited 20 minutes for my food and the manger asked for my name two-three times I told him my order and he mentioned they forgot and started working on it. I immediately asked for a refund and left.

Yet again. Order is completely wrong. Right ticket on the bag. Not the food I ordered. Got a supreme box. Nothing is supreme. Soda was no ice. Came stocked full. Ordered a beef chalupa in box. Came with only beans. Ordered a supreme dlt that was beef, no lettuce. Came with only cheese nothing else. 3/4 items out of my meal were wrong. Again. No refund. No fix. So sick of this location and the blatant incompetence the staff continues to show TIME AND TIME AND TIME AND TIME AGAIN.

I can't say much about the service. I don't think the people who work here really know the menu because they don't make suggestions and when you ask them questions they don't know the answers. But the food is always fresh. I've never been inside so I can't speak for the atmosphere. I always go through the drive thru that is usually pretty fast

They were kind enough to come open the door for me. I was trying to get in and it was locked.
Wheelchair accessibility: I parked by the handicap and they were kind to come over and open the door for me! Very impressed
I absolutely LOVE this specific location! I go out of my way to get food here. My order is always correct and hot. Everyone is always very pleasant and friendly. Service is phenomenal, and when they get backed up, they always accommodate. It doesn't matter what day or time when I go. Food is excellent, and they don't skimp on anything. Very fulfilling!
