Been waiting here for 10min now for a refund. Nobody in the store knows how to do a refund. The Haitian lady wants yo fight me for asking for a refund. I've been on the phone with corporate for 15min now and still no refund. Great job wendy's

Absolutely garbage, everything is wrong with my order, it came cold, under cooked, missing ingredients no salt on the fries, had the wrong receipt attached to it... does this look like a freshly cooked baconater to u, this doesnt even look like a JR baconater. Theres not even a full box of fries. And its only 8pm? Who did u hire? And whos order from 4 hours ago is this? Cuz its not mine. Lazy. Order placed at 740 recieved this garbage 20 mins later.

Tried calling twice no answer. Garbage service.

Employee at this drive thru is very rude.They double charged me .
They made me wait more than 10 min for my receipt. Which I new they over charged me.I heard it that it went thru it beeps. Than young man was rude for his mistake never received a apology. And they always try to upgrade your order
At this Wendy's at Seacrest and hypoluxo.
There associate need customer service training. Including management. Because she allows it.And the customer in front of me was told to wait up front cause there order was
not ready..

This restaurant is in very poor condition. The soda machine serves drinks with little flavor and lots of water, unsalted French fries, chewy nuggets, and the bathroom is dirty and smells bad.
