Just another Wendy’s. On the plus side they’re open to 3AM. Con: the attendant buggered up my order resulting in my being over by charged by nearly 100%.

The Panko Fish Sandwich was sooo overcooked. All I tasted was the hard breading. Barely any meat inside due to being over cooked. Fries were fresh and hot. But Wendy's need to replace my sandwich.
Terrible customer service at Wendy’s on Seacrest and Hypoluxo. The young man in the drive thru on this day 3/5/25 at appx 6:30pm definitely needs training. Management need to do better at who they put in the front or drive thru to serve. Some people need to remain in the back.
Food took too long to make and it wasn't busy. Cashier shorted me money.
Was given only part of my order. For a location that sits just off the interstate I didn't notice until I was already back at work. Missing multiple items from my order and was charged for those missing items.

Went for a snack and wanted to try the cinnabons,they were so old and dried up garbage I couldn't even eat them,won't go back ever again!
Wednesday morning January 15 th 7 20 am.
Aggressive drive through yelling through the speaker not giving me time to look at menu.
When I said give me a chance to ar least look geesh she got smart over the speaker . When got up to window I asked for the manager because of the aggressive behavior. The drive through worker said that was the manager speaking . She came up to me said you must be having a bad morning their just trying to take my order rudely and mis treated me verbally and food was a wreck. Check the cameras .
This argumentive maniger needs to be fired .
I'll never go back . My family will never go back .
Also I'm going to speak on it on my YouTube channel about how rude they were at this spot. I want something done about it . She should not have a job

3 times I went through to but one hamburger. Then 3 times they did not have change for a $5 bill and Want to keep my change. NOT HAPPENING! Know how many people you ripped off making money keeping their change!!

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I visited the drive through on 12/9 @ 12:30. I had a coupon for a free kids meal that YOUR ORGANIZATION HANDED OUT and the lady at taking my order is extremely unpleasant sounding. Had a tone of being annoyed and rushing me constantly through the order. Once I got to the window she and another lady, who I assume was a team lead or something, were extremely rude about not taking the coupon that clearly stated this location was participating with the coupon until 12/31. They both refused to call their manager to verify and were getting loud and extremely rude. In that moment I decided I would rather drive 15 minutes further to spend my money at a location where the OWNER CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. It is apparent this location lacks leadership that prioritizes a pleasant experience for other humans. Disgusting display of values from the workers to the leadership.

I don't know how hard it can really be working at a fast food restaurant. In all my travels, I normally don't have any issues, but this specific location is horrible. The food was cold, and smashed together, half filled drinks and missing items. No one wanted to be there, let alone help or correct my order. It was a dirty loby and bathroom.
