Never have I been so disappointed in Little Caesars then I was tonight, the way the Manager treated my wife tonight was complete BS, they made her feel stupid just cause she was a few mins late with getting are pizza from the portal pick up and she had NEVER USED the portal as well but yet when she told her that she was told not my problem, I am so pissed of for the treatment of my wife tonight NO ONE DISRESPECTS MY WIFE LIKE THAT!!!!🤬
about a year ago the food quality here was phenomenal, but lately it has taken a very sharp and noticeable decline. I'm guessing a change in ownership or management is to blame for such a drastic and sudden change. pizzas have noticeably shrank in size, not sure if the portions are actually smaller or they just aren't cooking the dough correctly so it rises fully, but pizzas definitely have a lot more free space inside the boxes these days. no care is taken in the prep anymore...read full review
Little Cesar's on 102nd....don't think you can order pizza 40mins early and expect the pizza on time. I called them up at 10:32 and and asked for 3 large cheese pizzas to be picked up at 11:10. I was told they would have them at 11:10. When I get there, at 11:11, I am told the pizza would be ready in a few minutes. Ok. 5 mins later the guys call out for 3 large cheese to be made. 25 mins later I finally get my pizzas! I don't get an apology or anything! I will not be returning...read full review
