Update 2026 Jun 7, Great place. Good food. The jerked chicken wings appetizer were the main meal tonight. Quesadilla was big. Only problem was a friend ordered the conch soup, but there was no conch. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. A band was playing and people were dancing, even though it was a Sunday night. Definitely recommend.

Just go. A must try on Lauderdale by the sea. Restaurant by day nightclub on beach at night. It's amazing.

Best seafood we have ever had. Only location at FTL by the Sea serving Carab cakes, and those were the best. Evrything else we ordered like calamari, grouper fresh catch of the day were amazingly fresh and delicious. Will keep going back!

It was very loud..the restaurant was packed .the live band was excellent but loud. You can choose to eat outside where its much more quiet. Still it was very pleasant.

Thsi is the best spot in front of a beach in miles!!! Live music EVERYDAY, amazing ambiance, beachfront! Food was really good. Only thing I found too mucb was the Valet who charged first 10$ (which is reasonable) when I asked to be seated at the rest, and then another 15$ when saw me taking the beach stuff out of my car..at 4:30pm! I understand that early morning a full day at the beach ok, but rained since we arreived until past 4pm... rather than thta everything is perfect!

A busy restaurant on the beach so the good vibes are built in. We also appreciated the excellent food and service, which can be spotty in vacation areas, so it's nice to see a commitment here to both. We'll be back

First time going here, went for happy hour food was not great pork slickers, jerk wings no meat in slickers not crispy and cold jerk was okay again not hot and mussels in cream were tiny mussels half not even open bread was crusty was soggy and not enough garlic server was too busy looking at himself in the reflection on the glass outside Bacardi and Coke was like water and frozen daiquiri had nearly no rum in it won’t be back certainly don’t know what all the fuss is about this place!

My wife and I ate at Aruba a lot in the late 90s and early 2000s. I have been there since then, but she has not for almost 20 years.

It is just not as good as it once was. The service was good. Clinton was a good waiter. The food was good, but not great. The view of the beach is great and the beer was cold. I am not exactly sure what it was, but it is no longer a knock it out of the park place.
