Basil Thai & Sushi Cafe

I never review restaurants in Fort Lauderdale because i believe the food here is terrible compared to other cities. But I love this little place! The food is wonderful, the ramen noodles are made fresh, they use biodegradable take out containers, and the owners are sooo nice.

Amazing service, food, and they have sake soaked bobas (call ahead for them)!!! Favorite place to eat in this area!

Super nice people and family owned. Close enough to the beach scene (2 min walk) but just outside of the noise/crowd range. Great imported/Asian beer and sake choices. Really enjoyed the sushi burrito and poke bowl, as well as a killer Thai stir fry noodle dish and yellowtail sushi roll with Jalepenos. The fish was very fresh quality and the sushi rice was very good (the two key foundations for a good sushi experience). Nice build-your-own menu with lots of choices. Definitely a regular stop when at the LBTS beach

Thanks to my NextDoor peeps I tried the food fromThai Basil, it is a small restaurant on the east of commercial Blvd. almost close to the beach, you have to pay for a meter parking, so be prepared with either quarters, dollars or thru the app for parking. We liked it very much! it's good to know that there is a thai place close by that I can go and grab some Thai Food, my favorite the green curry was delicious, my daughter had the fried rice, good portion and it was freshly done, they serve sushi, but none for us, because we don't eat fish but you might like it, I saw a couple devouring some sushi and they were happy with it, check their hours, I believe there are days that the owner said they are closed but you be in for a treat in this little place, give Basil Thai a try and be in for a Thai surprise!!

Owner is onsite. Best pad thai I've had lately. Friendly staff and delicious reasonably priced authentic thai. What more could you want

Wow cute charming small place metered parking big welcome when we walked in. I believe she was the owner very informative she explained to me bubble Thai tea which she makes fresh for each order. It takes maybe 8 to 10 minutes so worth it . I choose the Matcha Bubble now tea . Others choose. Next time I'm gonna try the pineapple.

I had Massaman Curry and it was delicious! I'm so glad I tried it. I saw some other people and they had a Poke Bowl..it looked amazing. They said it was really good. I'll definitely be back.

Great food. I went with my fussy eater friend who is trying to find the best pad Thai. Well it was so good, he ordered it again 5 minutes after he finished it! Friendly and accommodating staff and owners.

The food was very fresh and flavorful. The Korean Fried Chicken is wonderful. You get a great serving for the price. They have Bubble Tea. it was fantastic..
