Ordered a cake online & they called me saying they couldn't make it. They refused to give me a refund unless I showed up at the same time the manager was there (I'm not driving 30 minutes over there again) and they can't do it online for whatever reason despite the fact they can TAKE my money online. Customer support is of no help either. Just keep the 40 at this point

I am beyond outraged with Baskin-Robbins. What was meant to be a joyous birthday celebration turned into a complete debacle thanks to their incompetence. The birthday cake, which was the centerpiece of the party, was defaced with a grotesquely green-tinted photo, rendering the image of the birthday individual unrecognizable and making a mockery of the occasion.In a state of sheer anger and disbelief, I left the store immediately, only to realize later that I had forgotten to pick up the rest of my order in my haste. Attempting to resolve the matter, I found myself smacking into yet another wall of frustration as the store’s phone line was out of order. It's as if they don't care at all about customer service or the importance of someone's special day. This level of negligence is astounding and has completely ruined what should have been a happy birthday celebration. Their actions, or lack thereof, are inexcusable.Update 11 November 2023:I contacted the corporate office to discuss my issue. They informed me it would take two days for a response from the store. After three days without contact, I reached out to corporate again. They assured me I'd hear back in a day and a half. District Manager Reada then advised me to visit Store Manager Sara for a full refund, providing me with his name and phone number.

Was a disaster, I asked for a median jamoca cappuccino blast, and the lady gave me jamoca almond fudge (Im allergic to nuts), and I ask for wipp cream, she said you have to ask is not coming with wipp cream I was like what???? Omg HELP

I ordered a father's day ice cream cake that should have came with extra scoops of ice cream on top and it only had 3 super tiny half melted scoops . Looked nothing like the picture. I'm very disappointed

This location sucks!!! I ordered Door Dash they cancelled my order and didn’t answer my call or Door Dash’s 2 calls. You hire children you get children results

With Team Baskin Robbins and Dunkin, you can't go wrong! Great staff. Clean. Great area. In a plaza with Publix, Dollar Tree, a sushi place (and more). Perfect as always. :)

I ride my motorcycle here every Sunday morning for a cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee. Service is quick and the ladies behind the counter are very friendly. Plenty of Outside seating.

Allowing people without mask and we were waiting in line and the girl help people who came after us.

Horrible service we walked in the man working looked at us kept sweeping today at 5:45p we waited then thought maybe he doesn't know we are ready. I said hello! He said yes one second and kept sweeping. We waited and he kept sweeping so we walked out and never will go back!

Online it says they close at 9. The last 4 times we tried to go there around 8:15, the door was locked and someone was sitting in the back playing on their phone. I guess this location doesn’t follow store hours. I’ll go to the more delicious Kilwin’s down the road, albeit more expensive.
