I usually use the Dunkin app and order about 5/10 minutes before I go. Never had an issue with waiting. It is a very busy Dunkin so yes they may get backed up especially during the season. Sitting outside is really peaceful. I love the water fountain. Bonus, they made a cup of whipped cream for my pup! Really great way to start the day.

Downhill descent. Pathetic at best. Let me ask, are you trying to run a business? Have you been to a Dunkin before? Are you familiar with their products and history? In what way is this store aligned with the name brand?
Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins together at the coolest coffee shop at the center/entrance of the shopping center. Friendly staff, small neighborhood vibe. Coffee served hot! My doughnut was gone before l could take a snap.
Great staff! Very accommodating and friendly!! The breakfast is very tasty, avocado toast is always good! Omelette and wraps to take away are great. Grilled cheese sandwich is Yummy! We're always there when we're nearby. Simply great!

This used to be one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts locations ever; always getting your order wrong and never making you feel warm or welcome. I'm here to tell you that that is not the case anymore. I've been a bunch of times in the past couple years and have recently found it to be one of if not the best location in Broward County. Those of you who have been disappointed in the past, I would strongly encourage you to give this place a second chance because it is a totally different atmosphere from just a few years ago even. The drinks are always perfectly made, the service is quick, efficient, and well-mannered. Don't know what changed in management, but it was a great change whatever it was.
