Genuinely impressed with how a server has the audacity to charge me for a plate and not call a manager to rectify a simple mistake. I order this maple bacon sandwich that was not to my liking, I told the server I didn’t enjoy it and would rather order some pancakes and she tells me “I’m still going to charge you”…I paid and left. Truly disappointed as I frequent this place.

Great breakfast and lunch place. Had the healthy egg white omelet with toast and fruit, as well as a Belgium waffle. The food was very good, but you have to pay extra for maple syrup. Hot chocolate was good. The service can be a little slow and the food was lukewarm (not hot). They should server each dish as it is ready to ensure hot food for guests. We were celebrating my birthday and there was another large party for a birthday as well with balloons. We found out they give you buy 1 get 1 free meal on your birthday for being a member. That was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we had a great experience and I would recommend this place. I would definitely go back.

Please consider providing additional customer service training for your staff. I called on Labor Day around 11:30 AM to ask about the wait time, and the employee who answered the phone did not speak in a friendly manner. I completely understand that the restaurant was busy, but professionalism and courtesy go a long way, even during hectic times.
