i asked for an ice water and they charged me $4.19 for bottled water work with no ice. when i saw what they did and asked to politely return it, they said "no refunds" the Gelato was melted and overly sugary. terrible service, the one on las olas is much

Bad experience. We bought ice cream last night at this place. Outside the premises there was 1 unoccupied table with 1 chair. There were 2 of us. The rest of the seats outside were occupied. Inside the place, 4 people were using a couple of tables and the rest of the place was empty. We request permission to use 1 of the 10+ unoccupied chairs inside. Unfortunately we were faced with the kind whim of their manager, owner or whatever, who wouldn't allow us to pull out a chair to enjoy our ice cream outside. It wasn't raining and there was no apparent reason why not. He just didn't allow it and that's it. These types of attitudes cause many businesses to fail and there are times that the owners do not know why it happens. In such a competitive area and with options, I recommend choosing another place where they are received as they deserve by the clients who decide to spend their money there and have chosen them as the gastronomic option of the night. Furthermore, the ice creams do not stand out in quality or flavor compared to those in the area. I don't recommend this place. Go where they take good care of you and make you feel comfortable.

We are visiting on vacation from Indiana and stopped in for desert after a fine dinner of wood fired Italian pizza.Delicious. So many beautiful options.

Love this bakery however last night visiting the one in LBS I was in line and while waiting decided to look at the gelato flavors. Since there were just a few of us there I waited by the gelato, there were 3 customers. My family was seated this whole time waiting for me to order. The gentleman working decided to skip me and go to the next “in line”. I didn’t say anything thinking he would see me and come to me next. He didn’t. I raised my hand to say I was next and he pointed to the line and told me to get in it. My son and I let him know we have been in line the entire time and he just went and helped the next person. My family got up and we left. Super rude of him to ignore us and continue assisting people who came after me. I understand he was alone which is why I let the one person get in front of me but to continue? I’ll go back to the Las Olas location.

Probably the best bakery in and around fort lauderdale and Broward. Pastries are great. Bread is great (we got one that was a bit under cooked, but still great). Took stars off for service because the lady wasn't bothered to end her phone call while service us).
