Authentic hearthy food, when you see plenty of Italian families in an Italian restaurant you can tell it’s genuine , everything was delicious and home made. We are definitely coming back

Small restaurant in Lauderdale by the Sea. Nice atmosphere and easy to carry on a conversation with friends. Had a bottle of their Cabernet Sauvignon and it went well with our meals. We had the Murray's appetizer which was excellent. My wife had the Cotoletta primavera Chicken and thought it was very good. I had the Fettuccine Ragu Bolognese which was very tasty. We finished off with a chocolate soufflé with vanilla gelato which was very tasty. Service was quick and efficient

Call ahead for a table, you will be SO happy that you did. It's intimate, and the experience is like being in Italy/ Florida- okay maybe Amalfi- and wonderful. Nice wine list, order a bottle and take home what you can't drink.. For appetizer, artichokes are a wonderful choice. For main, you can get a lovely balance of seafood and pasta in many configurations. Possibility of a stroll through Lauderdale by the Sea afterwards. Highly recommend.

Authentic Italian cuisine from a Roman trained Chef and his wife and family - we've been many times now and love it just as much. A hidden gem. On weekends, reservations are a good idea.

Traditional Italian fare, I think it's run by an Italian family?Service a little slow, but it was just two running between taking orders, food running, and clearing tables on a Friday night.Pasta is absolutely amazing, the only thing I'd complain about there is the size of the portions leave a little more to be desired.

This is a little secret place that I even feel jealous to share with people lol, Marco, Valentina and Jusepe are just AMAZING and always welcoming. This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. The food has a homemade touch that feels even more authentic. Highly recommended if you're looking for real good Italian cuisine.

Recently ate here for the first time. I recommend getting the grilled artchoke or any of the pastas. They're very tasty and worth getting. The restaurant is very cute and all italian based including the food. The scenery is more of a older audiance but you can totally go if your younger as well. The service is very fast and efficent. 100% recommend for a quick bite to eat when visting in fort lauderdale.

Superb cooking wonderful owners. Its Roman, not New York Italian. Fortunately. Call for a table, it can be tough without a reservation.

I was very excited to go to this restaurant. The restaurant was small and packed. The tables are tight and I felt uncomfortable. The chairs are very uncomfortable. The menu is very Roman. Unfortunately the food was not... my grilled artichokes were stringy and I think they were marinated from a jar and touched the grill or a minute. The vinaigrette was heavy and my plate was drowning in it. The Supplii was not tomato rice and very wet. Not the Roman street style at all. The handmade cheese was absolutely amazing! The wine was amazing! I ordered the scialatielli and clams... it came out with spaghetti not scialatielli and the clams were Chinese cheap crappy clams. I asked the owner who took my order why it wasn't scialatielli and her response was that Americans didn't understand what it was... so instead of saying it was changed now made people who what scialatielli is suffer. I ordered it because I wanted it not a substitution. It's like ordering a pizza and getting a sandwich. My guests thought the pasta was tough... the carbonara was dry... the veal dish was good... Dessert ... they changed the name of the classic Torta Della Nonna to Grandmothers Cake... if anyone thinks it's a cake they would be disappointed because it's a tart...it was disappointing... old with refrigeration taste... the custard was very heavy with cornstarch. Very little amount of pine nuts... with a stale taste. Very disappointing. I was very disappointed with this restaurant.
