I love Baskin Robins.

Came into ask about the Dubai chocolate ice cream. Thought it would maybe be with all the rest of the ice cream. No the response from the employee was it's not out here... Okay I guess they keep it in the back? And the girl just looks at me weird and is talking shit to her coworker like why is this guy asking questions about something he wants to purchase. The nerve he wants to explore this new ice cream!

Then to find out it's just pistachio ice cream with light toppings. Oh no wonder it's not out you gotta make me some cheap shitty premade cone I wouldn't have wanted if she said this instead of looking at me like I'm incompetent for not working knowing how to do her job

horrible customer service, night shift lady was very rude and seemed bothered at any question we had.

Customer service? 5 stars! Ice cream quality? 5 stars! But there’s no reason it’s that hot in there. It literally feels like a sauna lol.

The customer service here is terrible the supervisor in the night shift was rude and refused to do her job. She’s not nice at all

The supervisor on this shift today is very assuming and rude. She assumed I was going to pee on the toilets, and it was my first time at a baskin robins in my life. She had an issue with small tear on my $20 bill. I'm never going back there again.

I had a vanilla scoop and was like milking a cow it taste like pure milk.

I had a fantastic experience at the Baskin-Robbins in Lauderdale Lakes! I was in a rush and searching for a specific ice cream cake, and Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Exceptional customer service—I'll definitely be back!

But no one is here. Not one person is working.

Why does this location always close before closing time? After getting my family icecream we went to sit down and the employee said the lobby was closed. It was 950pm. This location does not close until 11pm!! This is not the first time. They do it ALL the time. The employees are also RUDE.

Ice cream was great lot option and flavors and nice big place, need to improve more in customer service. The service is like what u want, that all 13 dolar. In one point u think is she mat whit me jejeje then u seee o no its no whit me .. its whit everybody.

UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO AGREE WITH MANY REVIEWS ABOUT THE NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE CAME AT 9pm ONLY CUSTOMERS MY HUSBAND ASKED TO TRY A FLAVOR AND WITH ATTITUDE TO GIVE IT ! ITS A SHAME. EVAUSE THE ICE CREAM WAS DELICIOUS BUT AGAIN NON CUSTOMER SERVICE I GUESS THIS ESTABLISHMENT STILL OPEN ITS BECAUSE THE ICE CREAM ITS GOOD AND PPL HAD TO SUCK UP THE FACES AND ATTITUDE OF THE PPL THAT WORK HERE! I WONDER HOWS THE SERVICE WITH LITTLE KIDS THAT DONT KNOW WHAT TO GET AND UNDECIDED

There were many disappointed customers.They close at 11 but stopped serving milkshakes or any drink related order at 10. Seemed like they were cleaning and were trying to encourage customers to leave and not order anything.
