We purchased food from this Donna's location today and there was a roach on the fried chicken. When it was returned to them, they claimed it was a piece of thyme. Disgusting!!! As if people don't know the difference between roach and a piece of thyme. I hope they get shut down.

The Stew peas waa Salty like hell. We must remember when we are cooking for the Public we need to ease up on the seasoning. Because I had a flight to catch I couldn't call them or go back to advise if the salty Stew Peas. Like I always say if you won't feed your family with it to kill them try not to kill the Public with Pressure Problems. When you eat and all the hair on your head stands up then you know it was like drinking the sea water. Stop the Salt ir Boil it out that Pig Tail. I wasted 13.99 in that Stew Peas and didn't even enjoy it. Another thing I like when you call the restaurants to complain about the food they always say will bring it back they need to say just bring the receipt and we will refund it we will have a fresh plate delivered. Don't ask me to bring it back are you planning on giving it to another customer. Excellent customer service would be we can refund or you can choose another dish. If you are not going to reserve it ask the customer to trash it.

Even after drinking water, thirty minutes later, my tongue and roof of my mouth are still burning. I noticed mold in my food when I glanced below. developing straight on the bone. The ones below were as cold as if they had just been taken out of the fridge. After carrying my meal to the window, I commented, "Hey, the plantains are too hard to even." Cut through. The manager who was working that shift refused to say whether the food was pre-cooked when I asked. She said over and over, "We never have an issue with 'oxtails'!" In order to lodge a complaint with the health department, I removed the bone. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION!

This place has the worst service & customer service. I spent 25 minutes in an empty drive thru yesterday, only to leave with the wrong order. I went back the previous day in hopes of retrieving the right thing that I ordered. After presenting my receipt, I was told that I could only get a replacement if I had refrigerated the wrong meal and presented it today along with my receipt. Who trains these people? They've just lost my business along with all the people I know. I will see y'all on tv again pretty soon.

Really convenient for late cravings. I was able to go very late but the food was not as I expected. I love oxtails and when I crave them I will search high and low. My only critique is that the sauce was way too sweet and made it hard to enjoy the oxtails but they were really kind and it was quick and easy to be serviced. We also used the drive through at this location which made everything easy.
Customer service at this location is extremely unprofessional. It appears that the employees are trained to cater to their own cultural relations. I spent more than $30 for 2 meals, and had a dispute over napkins. They didn't have all the food items that are supposed to be served with meals as advertised, and then had the audacity to be rude. It's a wonder that this location closed for a period of time. In the food and hospitality industry, customer service is paramount to success. Without it, small businesses fail horribly. I will never visit this location again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you're from Jamaica. They are hospitable to people from the island, and that's not a good business practice when all customers spend the same currency! ??

Wen there three times for the liver and the this morning I went I was disappointed the food had no taste the liver tuff the gravy bland and the service was stiff like the other times the food was good but this morning idk who the chef was but it was horrible literally threw away my plate smh??♂️
Went to get large oxtail that was 21.99 but when I came to the window it was 26.99 I know damn straight taxes are not that much. Second off the oxtail had no flavor the plantains was dry The rice was okay, but overall Dutch pot for the win
