Not going to lie but I always dreaded coming to this Dunkin Donuts, however the past month they have came up with a new system and it is a team effort to get the line down it works and the morning crew is awesome. Have to reinervat and say that this time the service was horrible. I'm waiting for 35 mins. Let me say that again 35 minutes. I have never in my life waited so long for coffee. The fact that I wasn't told that the system was down till after I expressed myself. There is no urgency and it's ridiculous. This makes not want to ever go back there again.

This is now my 3rd time being disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ location. The customer service has really gone downhill. The only person who seemed to take their job seriously was Marcus, who kindly took my order, this review is not a reflection on him. Unfortunately, the drive-thru staff showed a complete lack of urgency. Asking me to pull into a parking spot for just one cup of coffee is ridiculous, and to make matters worse, the coffee was made wrong, seemingly on purpose. This is now the second time I’ve had this experience at this location, and it’s unacceptable. Management really needs to address these issues before more customers are lost.

Went to the drive this morning, order a sandwich, I said no eggs she read back the order and confirmed, she put a big fat egg in my sandwich toasted. I try calling the store a few times they don’t answer phones. The worst Dunkin’ Donuts. Will not be going back there.

I drive a little out of the way to go to this Dunkin for corporate breakfast. The staff is always pleasant. The manager Sonya(I hope I spelled her name right) is super helpful in a crunch. I’ve been here many times. Most recently, I experienced a user error using the app to make a purchase for pick up the next morning, and I had to quickly drive to the store to get in person assistance. Staff members helped me immediately and gave me no issues. It was so reassuring. I will ALWAYS use this location for the office needs. Thank you!

Manager isn’t pleasant i go to many dunkin’s and they are very nice and enthusiastic just because it was busy it was no reason to be rude i’m Deaf not stupid i can read lips. i’m never coming back here again.

The manager was yelling and getting frustrated while taking my order. I ask her what kind of sausage do you have? Beef or pork? She started yelling saying “Maanm, it’s sausage” so I said just take it out of my food because I’m allergic to pork. When I confronted her she claimed she couldn’t hear me. Meanwhile, the other coworker heard me loud and clear. I don’t recommend this location.
The new guy at the window with all the piercings and dreads got some serious issues, he needs to get a wear house job or something that doesn’t involved with dealing with people or food. He’s hostile and arrogant. Very soon he’s going to try the wrong person and it’ll be costly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager was so rude. It took me over 20 minutes just to get loaded hashbrowns. But the time it was ready, I didn’t want it anymore. I got a refund. I feel bad for the people who work with this manager. I wish I got her name so I could put her name on here. I left and went to McDonald’s where the people were WAY more nicer and I got my order as soon as I pulled up to the window. Don’t waste your time going here. It’s absolutely terrible and chaos. Go to Starbucks instead or McDonald’s.
