The restaurant on W. Oakland Park Blvd Store#304606 s awful! They're constantly screwing up my orders.I ordered a latte with a shot of espresso and instead got a regular coffee!! If I wanted to go to the store, I would've done so!!!Who can I contact to submit a complaint?

What a disappointment, I was a regular customer here but they have the one at the drive thru, she is a dark colored woman, she has no idea what to do, she wanted to give me a medium coffee when I paid for a large one, it is already something personal since it is not the first time. Next time I will record it and send it to headquarters and I will be rewarded for it because enough of taking it personal, this woman I don't know her at all I only usually come for my breakfast which I pay for, you should reconsider saying goodbye because it won't be the first time she comes and you will have more than lose since racism is punishable

I am extremely disappointed because I ordered avocado toast with bacon and it turns out that for $4.99 they only serve a single slice of bread... On the menu board they present a photo of 2 slices!!! I'm sure I WON'T order this again, I'd rather make it at home.

I used to go to this DD going to work but had to stip due to the wait, litterally EVERYTIME i hv2 pull up but today the request i pull to the side of the drive thru, there plenty of staff BUT the timing is ridiculous, i have NEVER pulled to the window and receive my order. Staff is great but times r awful. 1 small coffee and a croissant and i always hv to wait > 7-10 minutes. And it could be 5:30 am or after 7 pm, same thing.
Is too much fishing the lady working in the morning at 5.00 a.m.She is exhibicionist front to the men.not recomended this place .she flooring to the men.she creates dramas.

If I could rate this store a ZERO . I would. The service here is so terrible and the workers always have an attitude. Poor customer services and the food isn’t cooked. I’ve been waiting in the drive through for about 20min now at the intercom minding you it’s slow today. The customer rep had me waiting to tell me she will be taking the orders at the window which slows down the services for customers. If you can speak into the intercom you can also take peoples order. This DD has lost a loyal customer due to terrible services. I will no longer invest any money here. I rather invest my money elsewhere respectfully! Don’t order from here!

I never write reviews — because I work in the service industry too and all places have their off days — but this location is continuously missing the mark. I come here because it’s the closest but now I may start making coffee at home. The drive thru line takes 20-30 minutes every morning with almost no other customers. The employees also verbally shows discontent about orders and prepping them. Constantly have to redo a simple order because they don’t care enough to listen. I wholeheartedly believe the people who work there don’t want to be there. Close the location tbh

Ordered 3 coffees, they only got one right. One had equal, and the other had sweet n low. I frequent this place often so I didn't check my order before I pulled off. Got home, and my order was screwed up. The 2 people i got the other coffees for were very disappointed as they don't use artificial sweetners.
