I am new in town, my friend referred me to island palace. I enjoyed every bite. Customer service was on point.

Island Palace is a total vibe! The second you walk in, you're hit with the aroma of spices that instantly make your mouth water. The griot is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the pikliz adds the perfect kick. Don't even get me started on the diri djon djon, so flavorful! The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're actually in Haiti. Whether you're a seasoned Haitian food lover or a newbie, this place is a must-try. Five stars all the way!

They don't give enough PIKLIZ....messed up my WHOLE FOOD. Gave me meat sauce instead of PIKLIZ.

Ordered doordash, order got accepted, the driver called and told me the restaurant was actually closed when they got there.

The workers are rude i asked for extra food and i will pay the cost and she specifically said “No” and laughed. i had to correct her and she tried to switch her answer then went into the back and started to laugh again about the situation to the people in the back. all of them are rude and honestly when they have a problem with you they give you stale food or don’t cook the food fresh.

The servers are nice and respectful but if you order extra rice they want to charge you for the sauce for the extra rice which makes no sense. Always make sure to check your food because sometimes they will give u something that you didn't order.

Hurry! Ordering from this establishment is not recommended. Actually, fifteen minutes after I placed my order, I called and ordered stew fish man. retrieved the meal, the fish was really chilly. The woman I had just placed my order from explained, "The food is not cold," when I queried why the food was so cold. I had to ask her to reheat the dinner in the microwave for me, gentlemen.That is quite depressing. Never place an order with them.

The food was nasty spoiled a few hours later after I ate the food I got a heartburn never again.

Run !!!!! Do not order from this restaurant I actually just called and ordered stew fish guy 15 minutes after I ordered… picked up the food the fish was sooo cold I asked the lady why the food is so cold and I had just ordered her answer was (the food is not cold) listen guys I had to ask her to warm the food in the microwave for me…now that is sad . Do not order from them
