The servers are nice and respectful but if you order extra rice they want to charge you for the sauce for the extra rice which makes no sense. Always make sure to check your food because sometimes they will give u something that you didn't order.

Hurry! Ordering from this establishment is not recommended. Actually, fifteen minutes after I placed my order, I called and ordered stew fish man. retrieved the meal, the fish was really chilly. The woman I had just placed my order from explained, "The food is not cold," when I queried why the food was so cold. I had to ask her to reheat the dinner in the microwave for me, gentlemen.That is quite depressing. Never place an order with them.

Do not order from this restaurant I actually just called and ordered stew fish guy 15 minutes after I ordered… picked up the food the fish was sooo cold I asked the lady why the food is so cold and I had just ordered her answer was (the food is not cold) listen guys I had to ask her to warm the food in the microwave for me…now that is sad . I was introduced to this place a few years back..and the food is always good..however tonight..I called in my order and asked for the tasso turkey complete..after driving home in the rain..finally getting to my food..the meat looks and tastes trouble..it doesn't look like it normally does..and it's giving off like it's pork and not turkey..I haven't had pork in 5 years..so now I'm in pain..after coming back to the store to let them know..especially since their phone wasn't working..they told me that it is in fact turkey..but the fact that I feel sick after eating the meat I refuse to believe it. It's either pork..or something is wrong with the food..either way..they did nothing to resolve the issue..except keep insisting that it is wat I ordered..I. not in the mood to argue..so I left..but I have no kind words about thus place..and will be taking action..if necessary

The customer service was terrible. The chick that was in the front did not try to help me. The kind of rice that we wanted. They didn’t even have it After they told us they did have it we found out that the rice we wanted wasn’t even the rice we ordered when I got home with the rice We called this location and placed this order for the rice two days prior before picking up the rice we show up to that place They said no order was placed the lady over the phone gave us a price of $65 for a half a pan of rice when I show up there the lady in the front said it was $75 for a half a pan which is ridiculous because how are you guys going to tell me one price and turn around and give me a totally different price and then they’re telling me that they didn’t know who gave me the $65 price it’s a small business you guys should know exactly all the people that works there because it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of people that works here the place looks very dirty the ground the tile I would never ever go back and order or even eat at this place again .I don’t know what type of Haitian restaurant that was but that wasn’t a real one. I think that’s a imitation Haitian place.

My friend brought me here today and this place was the worst, you can’t even smell the food when you walk in & they gave us old piklis when my f triend asked for extra but the one that came with the food was fresh. Just Go to Cafe Creole Restaurant it’s less than 5 minutes away.
