Worst kfc location I ever been too. Placed a pickup order waited 20 min for someone to ask for my order and then waited another 20 min for them to say they don’t see my name. Only way I got my food was by going thru the drive thru and refusing to pull past the window.

There customer service suck n rude. The manger at night on 7/9. Get mad because I return the drink that taste nasty the new Mountain Dew. Then I order food to get home box full with oil and chicken taste oily n biscuit was hard as a rock 🤦🏾♂️. I waste my money here. Then cashiers barely understand English.

Don’t eat here and don’t use the app and don’t go inside to order. They put your order last and ignore you. They only care about the drive through. They make you wait long after it says your order is ready-LYING. Then serve you this disgusting greasy too greasy to eat chicken. You can see it glistening from the pictures. That’s a shame. Should have never went here. Never again.
At 11:59 on 05/06 the closing shift lady got on the intercom asked us if we wanted to try the 8 piece chicken, I asked her if they had the waffles available she replied we are closed and never came back to the intercom. I will be calling corporate about this situation.

I ordered a four piece extra crispy and it tasted like I forgot 10.5 herbs.
Had absolutely no flavor, and three other four pieces had a bitter taste to them
