I had a wonderful experience placing my 1/4 chicken, rice, and bean order. To be honest, the chicken wasn't half as flavorful as the Pollo Tropical, but it wasn't horrible either. Though, in retrospect, it might have deserved a 3.5.

I recently placed an order with my mother and sister from this website, which I frequent. Drinks are included with our order. I wanted Pepsi, while my mom and sister wanted pineapple. Because she assumed we were all interested in pineapple, the cashier lady had such a nasty attitude. I apologize that you work at Lagranja, but you don't have to vent your frustrations on the patrons. Purchasing alcohol is a part of your job. I don't understand why she was acting so sternly while we were the only ones inside.
