I don’t know why the food is too expensive on this restaurant,, isn’t making sens,, you guys just want to make 200% of the money,, oh shtttttttt
Fry Chicken drums was dry, like dry leaf. Their patties tiny and too dry. The girls at the cashier didn’t give me everything, when I ask her for the last item that I paid for, she had an attitude and drop it on the counter. Restaurant is a hospitality business, you have to be polite to people and be patient with your customers, you’re not the only Haitian restaurant in town nor the best. So. Customers service is highly important

For the best Haitian food, Sandy's Bakery is the place to go to. The team in this restaurant is super kind and was able to provide me with all my needs.I ordered djon djon (Haitian black mushroom rice) with Legume. The plate comes with a salad and plantains. This food was divine. It's inexpensive at $16 and sooooo much food. It was the perfect combination. My friend ordered her legume with white rice and then we ordered the griot platter. The griot came out sooooooo tender.I also order a Tablet which is peanut brittle. Delicious. Remind me of Haiti. If you're looking for some AMAZING food, Sandy's Bakery is the place to go to.It was packed with customers inside. This is NOT a dine in location, only take out. They have many items to choose from.

Sandy’s bakery is the best bakery/take out restaurant in broward. The food is wonderful, the service was excellent and very friendly and greeted us with a nice smile. I highly recommend to come try their food. The spices is just right. The lalo is everything you could expect. The pate kode is the best of the best and very juicy and flavorful. This is my new place to buy food from now on and let’s not forget about the natural drinks ? chef kiss ? especially the ju korosol.

I called for a plate when I get there. Everybody acted like they don't know what I'm talking about. Then they said oh no we don't have bullet anymore .

Run from this place, the customers service is terrible! The people who work don’t speak English and there’s no menu.

Do not let the appearance of the restaurant fool you, the food is AMAZING. I had their white rice, bean sauce, amd legume-everything was so delicious. I also had their fresh lemonade it was to die for! THIS is Haitian food. I’d hope to see them expand one day.
I’ve eaten rice from lots of cultures none have compared to the taste and texture of those that Haitian sisters throw down. My favorite Haitian dish is legumes and Sandy’s serves it up right with lots of beef. It was served with the tastiest fried plantains I’ve ever had; I was so good, I returned later that day to get a dish for my daughter. The women who answered when I called spoke English, was polite and gave me great directions to the place. I had been searching for a restaurant nearby that had legume available all that morning. I was so impressed, I invited my co-worker too. The food was reasonably priced, portions large, space inside really tight, and there’s plenty of parking. The vibe was awesome, Sandy really appreciates serving the community and I will be back.

Good Haitian Food ?
I had an an incredible experience here for lunch a few days ago.A new friend told me to check out this place for lunch. I'm from Louisiana and have been searching for real flavor in this city since we have moved... and this place did not disappoint!I had never had Haitian food before this, but honestly something about it reminded me of home. For about $10 you get a huge portion of homestyle cooked food that can really feed two people. I got the Legumes lunch special they had for the day and the young guy behind the counter handed me this stuff I later found out to be called "Pikliz". He described it as "Haitian hot sauce" but honestly it was so much more than that. Adding it to the dish brought on a whole new whirlwind of flavors that had me wanting to go back inside for more. I can't wait to go back for lunch again!
Good Haitian Food ?
