Horrible experience at Spoons.. Manager hates her job and you can tell by the customer service she provides.. I’ve been coming to spoons for years and it’s sad to say I won’t be back..

Drove 40 minutes just for her to tell me my order wasn’t placed because it was over $30.. she could have simply told me that over the phone.. and then she has a attitude about it like I was in the wrong..

She could have asked me to pay via card over the phone and I would have. Instead she wanted to argue with the young lady who took the order initially..Horrible experience.. she’s fatigued and needs to be coached on how to conduct business.

The ladies are always nice and pleasant the food is always good just wish you would get a little more for your money. However this is my go to spot for breakfast.

Excellent little homestyle breakfast and lunch place. Very reasonable prices. EXCELLENT service, friendly atmosphere.
Highly recommend it.
Not to be confused with Just Spoons Cafe, which may be just as good, but I never ate there.

This was my 4th or 5th visit to spoons in the past 2 weeks and i’m very disappointed in the service & the management. My eggs had a hair in it & instead of the manager apologizing and replacing it at a later date he insinuated that I put the hair there & that I lied about the cheese because I added a piece when I got home. Made me send a picture and return the plate all to say I planted to the hair. Very distasteful & i’m so disappointed. Lady at the front counter handled it the best way she could, manager 0/10.

The food was delicious and came out quick. The prices are good too. I’ll definitely be back! You won’t regret the shrimp and grits with a biscuit on the side.
