I can't even select one star.Worst restaurant experience in my 24 years here in Florida earth...ordered online...waited until the time the app said it would be ready and went inside only to be told that they had no wraps and could not complete the order...then they couldn't tell me how to cancel the order or how to receive my money back..... they just ignored me..... basically I was being robbed by SubwayThey didn't have any solution so I asked if they can put it on sub and I'll pay the difference. They don't do that.THIS IS BEYOND A BAD EXPERIENCE.....SUBWAY HAS BASICALLY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER. THANKS SHARRAH

Worst restaurant experience in my 43 years on this earth...ordered online...waited untill the time the app said it would be ready and went inside only to be told that they had no meatballs and could not complete the order...then they couldn't tell me how to cancel the order or how to receive my money back....They couldn't even transfer my order...just held their hands up like......i dunno....so basically robbed by SubwayOh wait it gets better....THEN ....they said oh wait....we'll just microwave all of the items necessary instead of cooking them properly and basically told me we weren't going to enjoy our meal and to just call SUBWAY CORPORATE and demand our money back.....THIS IS BEYOND A BAD EXPERIENCE.....SUBWAY HAS BASICALLY LOST MY WIFE AND I'S BUSINESS FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES

Horrible services. No restroom and ladies at the front has bad actitud, no patience with kids, yelling at people, prepare sandwich throwing the ingredients. If you can go to another subway don't hesitate! Just run away from here!
No stars for me, the lady who served us never asked us if we wanted the hot bread, she just bagged it and didn't give it to us, when we complained to her she told us that we should have told her, she told me that we should speak English, not to mention that minutes before he denied us the bathroom, a complete disaster ?♀️
The lady treated me ruthless, she refused to give me a receipt and charge 27 for two pepperoni sandwiches. I couldn’t file a complain because of the receipt issue. All this happened on sep/3/23 4:50

The worst subway ever. Horrible customer service. The employees and manager just throw the sandwich together and is not clean. The guy making my sandwich had headphones in ear with the string hanging while making my sandwich. This location needs new management and employees ASAP.

Worst customer service ever today Aug 14th, 2023 around 3pm. The tall black man assisting me has the type of attitude to kill this business. I was buying one full length sub and one half sub. As he cut the full length bread in 2, i told him which side i preferred, but he looked at me and said "No"! He started frowning at me and proceeded to ignore everything else i said although I was polite and composed. . I simply told him that I didn't want the2 sandwiches I was about to buy anymore and that I would leave a review and I left. I was with my 3 kids who were surprised by his attitude as well.
