Rude customer service and they tried to put less meat then what is supposed to and when I asked for more meat they said it was a up charge even tho it wasn’t the right amount to begin with.

Ever since the new management it is the worst place, and sadly not many food places around this area, food is horrible they dont rotate their food and cheap... don't waste your money drive a little further! We'll worth it !!

Great customer and lots of options I went to the subway down the street in the little Caesar plaza but they don’t serve personal pizza so I came here. I ordered a personal pizza but you add red onions and banana peppers with oregano and pepper corn ranch with bacon and rotisserie chicken with Parmesan cheese it came out to $13-$14 the pizza was delicious ? and the perfect size it’s cut into 4 pieces definitely an affordable meal

Ignore the stars just wanted to say this store does not accept coupons any more and would not answer the phone so I wasn't able to ask without being in person.

I ordered my normal sandwich that I get every time I go there. There was a girl that was just sitting on her phone behind the food section. When she got off to help me, she made the sandwich correctly, however, after checking me out I noticed that my meal was almost 4 dollar more than normal. I asked her why it said my sandwich was rung up as a FL pro. She told me it was because I used flatbread. Obviously I was taken back because I order this sandwich every week and never in my life have I been told that that was a premium bread. I paid for it due to not causing a scene, but decided to go back into the store to speak with sometime else. The second guy I spoke with, stated that that was incorrect and offered me cookies for the problem. That girl just continued to sit in the back on her phone and not even look up at me. I emailed customer service and never heard back.

Ordered my sub online… and when I came during my lunch break they said they didn’t have bread and they didn’t even make the order.I asked if they can refund but they said I can substitute my meal with the same value which is not what I wanted. So me being funny said well could I at least get an extra cookie but she had an attitude that I was upset.

The franchise Subway is amazing very clean and the staff is very polite and respectful. The utilizes they use is always clean when making the customers sub sandwich they all wash there hands before assisting the customer needs. So I would recommend this Subway to friends and family anytime.
